Who gets welcomed by a gentle giant of a moose when they arrive to their vacation home?! I was transfixed and mesmerized by his peaceful presence, but that spirit permeated our entire experience for the week. Our home was warm and inviting and allowed our family the chance to breathe in the nature of our surroundings and connect on a much deeper level than we have had in quite some time as we are spread throughout the country. The property was perfectly appointed for our every need, but the hot tub and fire pit became our late night gathering place for sharing. Our last night together, we made a promise to return to recapture the magic.
