Workpersons are always courteous and very punctual. I've never had an issue with them. They do their job and explain what they've done to the system. Definitely recommend.

Routine maintenance found a bad contact on our 1 yr old Heat Pump. Fixed under warranty and also serviced the water heater. Techs are friendly and courteous. Been using jack Lehr for over 12 years now.

Jack Lehr H&C was asked to perform an electrical safety inspection on an out building as a tenant had concerns. In fact tenant had called Lehr prior to notification of Property Manager. As should be with all rental units, the Property Manager was notified , scheduled the inspection, outlined the details of the inspection and agreed to make payment. Lehr scheduled and notified the Property Manager who in turn notified the tenant. Lehr's Technician, arrived early after a phone call asking if he might do so. The tenant decided to participate in the inspection asking out of scope questions and directing the Tech. He handled himself admirably answering questions patiently, and describing where he could in layman's terms. His inspection, while exceeding the scope, satisfied the tenants concerns. When his inspection was completed he gave the Property Manager a cost, which was more than reasonable and promised to send a report . At that time the tenant continued to discuss a single safety issue repair and several cleanup issues with the Technician. A few days later the billing was confirmed at which time a summary of the inspection was also issued . The following day the Tech report was emailed and forwarded to the tenant. All in all a very professional experience from scheduling, Kaitlyn, to inspection, Gerad, through billing, Makenzie. Great communication! I'm sure we'll use these folks when needed again and certainly would recommend them as well. Thanks

From the install of a new system a number of years ago to the twice yearly maintenance program Jack Lehr Heating Cooling and Electric have been there for us. Their team are always responsive and professional and have kept our system in tip top shape. I do recommend.

Mark, the technician performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. He noticed the air handler in the attic was leaking air. He took care of the issue. Our system seems to be working better and more efficiently now than it was before. The heat pump is running less. Plus he took the time to replace our filter. Very happy with Mark and with Jack Lehr as a company.

Ty came to start up my furnace for the Winter season, and discovered that the furnace was putting CO into the living space. The furnace had to be shut down. Dale came to our home and explained our options in detail.
Scott, Joe, and Brian came and installed a new furnace and water heater.
The installation went flawlessly. Jack Lehr is fortunate to have such great employees . They all were respectful of me, as well as my home. It is
comforting to know we are safe in our home. Thanks Jack Lehr for fantastic service.

Jack Lehr installed our upgraded HVAC system that was in need of replacement due to age and degradation over many years. Professionally coordinated and completed in alloted time frame. Would recommend for any residential HVAC service or installation need based on our experience.

I hired them to install a new Mitsubishi heating and air conditioning system in my home, that did a amazing job. When they came to give me a quote they were very friendly and explained everything in detail. When the workers came to install the system they were very nice, very friendly, easy to talk to, I m very happy how the installation turned out, I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

I had just bought a house 6 months ago and I dont know when my Heating/Cooling system was last serviced. I called Jack Lehr after getting many recommendations for them. Their tech Trevor was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better service call and their yearly service plan is affordable and very fair. I'm glad i picked them and know i can count on them if i need them. I would recommend them to anyone.
