As a small business owner, I am very satisfied with the services Document Technologies provide to my firm. Definitely great value for the money. Highly recommended.

I have had a copier with them for several months. No problems, made my business run better. Just got a phone system Installed today and I was extremely nervous about the process, We are a very busy Air Conditioning company and Being without phones and internet in the summer is a no go! My rep Taylor made me feel comfortable and assured me it was going to be ok. Sure enough everything went smooth! He even brought us all breakfast! Wow what a great company that cares. Thanks guys

Great Company. Fixed all of my issues with a new more efficient Solution, educated me on the latest Technology and was a fast easy transaction. Will use Document Technologies again for all of my other Office Technology, when the time comes. Will also be recommending them to other Companies.

As a small law firm, Document Technologies has bee just what we need. They gave us the perfect recommendation for a copier/printer that does everything we need at a very reasonable price. Their sales team and technical support have been first rate. We've been using their solutions now for a little over five months with zero down time. We are very happy. Taylor and June have been excellent in handling any issues with our account since we took the leap into VOIP phone service. They are always quick to respond to any issues, and always make it a point to followup to be sure everything had been handled.

I started with a document management platform and have added their VOIP platform through 3CX as well. My previous VOIP provider had call quality issues that we could not solve. Taylor was able to pinpoint the underlying issue and provide a fix. Any time I need anything Taylor and his team are there. Larry Weightman, my service administrator is great to work with as well. The fact that they are a local makes all the difference. The amount of time I wasted on the phone with 1-800 nobody cares service departments was out of control. That is just something I no longer need to do. I also know when it comes time to scale my business, I have a resource to help walk me through the logistics. They bring great value.
