Absolutely delicious. Staffs create a rapport quickly and are very helpful and friendly.

I was there last night with 16 of my friends, originally Australians. Everyone loved the food, taste, texture and environment.

Highly recommended. I am assured you would love the all variety of their Persian cuisines.

Terrible breakfast and bread.

Terrible breakfast and bread.
We ordered 'Halim' for breakfast and it was awful. Too much oil (or butter) on that with a very bad taste which was not even close to Original Halim. Also bread was not fresh and well cooked. And all of these with expensive price as well!

Probably my favourite Persian restaurant in Sydney. They serve authentic dishes, and have a pleasant atmosphere and a professional service. Servings are generous and reasonably priced. Has started to become a regular destination.

Probably the best quality Persian food in Sydney. If you care about how the food is being prepared with care and high standards, this is the place to book. I'll be taking my Christmas party of 2018 to this one for sure

Been here twice now and loved it both times. The staff are really friendly and helpful and even made us laugh. The food here was delicious both times and came in large portions. I can't name the meals I had here because I have no idea how to spell them but they have all been packed with flavour and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I highly recommend this place and I will be going back

This place was recommended by my family member's Persian acquaintance. The hospitality was warm, one that doesn't usually come by these days, and was there was a male staff member who was very helpful when making enquiries as this was my first time trying Persian. Unfortunately I didn't ask what his name was. The dill and broadbean rice with lamb shank was a delight. The rice was well cooked and had a buttery taste to it, and the lamb fell off the bone and was so tender. In my opinion you should try adding the mint leaves that they serve to your table to every dish. It elevates the taste to a whole new level. We also had an eggplant dip that was recommended by the staff, and dipping the flatbread (with mint leaves) tasted delicious. Having it with a pot of Persian tea really made it an even more rewarding experience. I am definitely planning to go again. Thank you Jaam-e-Jam for the lovely food and service!

The most amazing restaurant in "Waitara/Hornsby area". Delisious food, wide choice of dishes, food always is fresh and well done! We are regular for many years and never felt disappointed. Kids love this great food too!

Dipped in quality, used to better, but they have started using cheaper ingredients and their meat is dry. This has been a gradual decline from someone who's visited them since they first started. As it stands, there's better Persian places to visit in Sydney and please don't go out of your way for this one. I'm pretty sure their meat is frozen.

Best food tasted in Hornsby. Had veal and lamb on rice. Everything on the plate was amazing. Sometimes, at other places, one thing, say the roast tomato or the capsicum or both a tasteless, or badly cooked. But here everything was excellent. The meat was tender and juicy. Well done and a big thumbs up!

Good food and warm attitude, in all Iranian restaurants I like jam the most. The cashier sometimes asked me a question when I got food, for example, do you want bread, I said no, I do not know, yes, in short, I thought he was laughing at this opportunity! The first one sounds like a joke, but I'm sure it's not meant to be laughed at

Had a lovely meal here. We ordered 2 appetiser : must o mooseer, a yogurt with garlic mixture and kashk o bademjan, a roasted eggplant mixed with whey and mint. Deliciously mixed with fresh mint and pita bread.
For main we ordered jaam-e-jam special combo lamb and chicken kebab with saffron rice. Also a great filling meal. Dessert we ordered Phaloodeh, exciting name, boring dessert in itself.
All in all, the food was good, service is good and the place seems like a well loved place full of locals. It was quite packed for the dinner service! Would come back again.

Hands down best Persian restaurant in Sydney. Not only is the food fantastic and consistently excellent, but their service is impeccable, which is almost impossible to find from any other Persian restaurant. Don't miss the Chelo Kabab Koobideh (ground lamb), Gormeh Sabzi (lamb stew with spinach) and their unbelievable ice creams.

First time to go to a Persian restaurant and we're not coming back again. First impression last, and it started with the lady manager that was rude and impatient when taking orders knowing that me and my friends were still deciding what to get as we are not familiar with the menu. The service was poor and food was not that nice base on its pricing.

We drive more than 50km to have Persian food here (even though we have a few other Persian restaurants closer to us). Really good service, exceptional food and going to the supermarket next door is also a must.

Friendliest and best service I've had a restaurant.

Food was great and not expensive. However meals were 70% rice. Not a lot of lamb in the lamb and red kidney bean dish. For 2 people I would probably recommend getting 2 meals but asking for rice with one only.

Interested in tasting REAL Iranian kebab? Want to experience an exceptional customer service in a cosy atmosphere? To my humble opinion Jaam e Jam is the only Persian restaurant in Sydney where all the good things you expect from Persian cuisine, and Iranian hospitality are delivered.... perfection!
