Had a very bad experience there. We went there for breakfast, Kaleh Pacheh was frozen just out of the fridge and Halim was the canned ones just from the supermarket. Surprisingly nothing is fresh!!!!! I prefer to go to Surena where I can see Kaleh Pacheh is freshly made. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Worst customer service. I've only experienced them once but it was enough for me to not return. Upon opening the front door one of the employees was there behind a second door. It was clearly not visible so i apologized as i couldn't see her and instead of apologising for jamming the door, she replied with "you trying to run me over or what?!" In a rude tone. Clearly nobody could see that she was behind a second door, and instead of apologising for jamming the door, she replied rudely. It was enough for me to walk out without even ordering. Someone should tell their staff that great food isn't enough. You need to learn customer service and if you don't have it, don't work there.
Went there on a Wednesday night and it was packed! Good food, large portions and they have all the traditional meals you don't usually see in most Persian restaurants
It was very first time to have Persian food in my life and I have precious experience there. I recommend to try their rice. And staff are very friendly to me such as asking many question for foods.
We had a fantastic time eating here. The food is amazing, the staff are so lovely and friendly (the owner is fabulous and quite the character), and the atmosphere was vibrant and warm. We were lucky to be there when a family was celebrating a Birthday so was a real treat to witness. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!... 'Peter'
Its always an awesome experience at Jam E Jam. The food is always top shelf and the atmosphere is great especially when Aza is working. She keeps it friendly and fun. We usually travel an hour to get there and it never disappoints.
Food here is amazing! Me and my partner love to go regularly. The portions are amazing and the value is beyond reasonable.
Only suggestion is to possibly be open till 11 on weekends. Also the regular staff could work on their mannerism and treat people with warmth. The managers are lovely, but the others could speak to customers with a warm smile and attentiveness. Besides that great work!!
Love this place! Food here is amazing! Good friendly staff. Phaloodeh was so good.jaam e jam ice cream is so so yummm. Best kebab with saffron rice. The taste of all the dishes are so scrumptious. It's my go to place at Hornsby. Do visit the Jaam e Jam supermarket besides the restuarant
Very disappointing to see they have really gone down in quality with their food and service. We ve been going to this restaurant to eat in and have take out for a while now and in the past 12 months we ve noticed many inconsistencies with our orders and quality of food. Stopped getting butter with your rice orders for eat in, sometimes we ve got one other times 2 grilled chilies with our orders, sometimes we have no grilled tomatoes with our take away orders, less bread with, no mint, you really have to ask them or double check your orders especially when taking away. Recently their koobideh (mince meat) is very dry and a completely different taste, rice is overcooked and soggy. This was our favourite place to eat.
The best Persian food on the north shore. Well worth a visit. Great price for tasty and genuine Persian experience. Also check out the jaam e jam Persian super market next door
Good food ( most of the times) Small place Tables are so close to each other Service and attitude can be better. You have to pay surcharge for using credit card if total order is less than $30 which I think its a bit of an overkill considering the use of credit card these days is unavoidable.
Is your xwife's name Ha.....tte Khoudaire?. If so, I want to say I feel you mate. She's beautiful on the outside but a terrible person inside. A pathological liar, volatile diva, lazy, clueless all about make up and clothes, she must have made your life hell. You are best without her mate. I understand your anger. I feel you mate. I feel you, never look back...ever..he lives around the area, please let him know.
Excellent tasting food, always authentic and a generous quantity of meal portion sizes. Prices are a little pricey for the area but still quite good value for money. Dined at this restaurant a few times, always a pleasant experience and will definitely come back.
Easily the best restaurant in Hornsby. Amazing service, amazing food, lovely environment. Try the special, lamb shank and chicken and barberries. Absolutely perfect.
In my opinion, jaam e jam restaurant is one of best Iranian restaurants you can really trust, wonderful management and friendly staff, food is excellent, delicious and the quality of food and service is always a good. We always take our business meetings there so we can enjoy their food while we are talking about the work. All of our workers like the service so much that they want to comeback again. If you would like to try real Iranian food jaam e jam is one of the best. Thank you so much and you always come back like this
First time trying Persian food. I was impressed. Great service. Went with my partner. Loved the bread with garlic dips. Had the combination 3 skewer and barberries with chicken for mains. Generous portion. Good flavour!! We were a in a rush. Didnt get to try their dessert. But will certainly be back and try more things. Btw they let us try the salty Yougert drink. Very different!!!
Sorry for this note but I think it should have been done I think all Iranians if they have not had barbecue in their hair but at least they have tasted barbecue at least 50 times and almost all of them know what is good and bad barbecue !!! ??? Well, it's not supposed to be the same thing for baking, but putting raw meat on the grill is pink. It is no coincidence that no one understands it and worse than that is the denial of staff and management. We all know that eating out in Sydney for $ 22 is great And I'm so sorry that I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone This raw food happened to a servant who had ordered two traditional and Sultan food, and we tried it with the wife of all three types of chicken, barbecue and leaf kebabs and all had the same situation.
One of the best persian restaurants in Sydney. I like their kobideh and specially barg kebab. The service is also great, friendly staff and fast. The sitting area could slightly be improved by improving the design and changing the chairs and tables however it s very clean.
Nice staff, very tasty food with fresh bread (Barbary, Sangak), music choice can improve and be more versatile, nice loose leaf tea and clean and tidy service. The food tasted like home to me!
Delicious food with highly quality. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this place. I came from Melbourne and I have tried different Persian Resturant in Sydney but this is my favorite one.
Lovely people, fantastic food, clean restaurant. We have been at least 4 times and love it! The lamb shank and lamb neck are both must try dishes and the chicken and lamb mince skewers are excellent.
The food was very good and delicious. It took about 20 minutes to get ready. We choked the order and Daisy. You are talking but talking to Nun Lavash, and if you want Sangak, you need to order it.
