I bought a Samsung TV and it lasted me 4 days. I did not have time to exchange it, so I asked my mother to go for me and explain all the details. She went there, and she came back with the TV, the workers told her that she had no problems. I try to light it and nothing, no display like when I sent it, and I saw the placement of the wires in the box. It's like we just did not try to make her walk. In short, I still have 6 weeks warranty and I have no idea if I should trust J. Sonic.

I just bought a Dyson vacuum for over $ 250. Once at home, the vacuum cleaner does not work at all .... the red indicator light flashes continuously ... a sign of a major fault. Also, I can't seem to return it, because I have a full-time job and the hours are extremely restrictive (open from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., and closed on Saturdays and Sundays). It was my first experience ... it will be my last for sure.

I bought an Ipad here. Excellent service. I made the purchase via their website and I showed up at the opening. 5 minutes later I left. The product is flawless and comes with a 3 month warranty!

To future buyers, my husband bought an IPAD Pro from Jsonic, it was sealed but had some rips on the plastic, never thought anything of it. Once he got home, we opened the box immediately together and SHOCKINGLY there was not an IPAD PRO inside, it was just a regular iPad, we paid over 1000$ and was shocked at what we got. They were closed so we waited till first thing in the morning and went right away back to Jsonic. The representative accused my Husband of switching the iPads. and that he should call the police. But it should have been us to call the police, we never thought that JSONIC would SCAM their clients. It was 100% tampered with because we checked the serial number of the box and it had already been registered. This supposedly was a brand new item, so how was it registered already? Also, as I mentioned the plastic had holes, so it seems like someone tried to reseal it. This representative banned my husband from the store! Said that we tried to reseal it, that we switched the iPads, yelled and kicked my husband out and said never to go back. I can't believe how we were treated. Plus the manager never showed there face, this representative was out of line and very rude. We loved shopping there, they have great prices, we have purchased numerous items from them. But now we will never go back. I advise future buyers of Jsonic, whatever you do purchase, please thoroughly check the items before you leave the premise, because if you don't they will accuse you of horrible acts.

I bought a tv Sharp it's been 7 weeks it's really a scrap full of problems it's experience that I never want to do it another time it's better to buy the new more money and more security when you call tech service ???????

Best place to go if you want to purchase televisions with a 6 month guarantee for half price!!!! I couldnt be happier with my many purchases! As soon as there is a problem they dont hesitate to exchange no questions asked! A1 company for saving on high end televisions . Believe me when I say we saved thousands going there!

They are scammers beware !!! My friend bought TV 1200 dollars they say it is an open box but no longer when I wanted to clean it a line appeared with the game behind the box I have a video to support they told me harassed zerooo zerooooo attention c bcp worse than kijiji it's just the rebuilt trash nullllll attention !!!!

Bought an iPad pro 2nd gen from them. They sell stuff from Costco usually. Mine was new sealed but there was cosmetic damage to the box. iPad was in pristine condition, ordered from their website, took around 10 minutes after getting there to get my iPad and leave. Very good services and staff was friendly unlike other reviews I read. I will definitely purchase from there again, it's rare to see a local business with competitive prices compared to online.

took my sister to get her tv here and the tv are open boxes returned so we where expecting a cheaper price then the stores Turns out the sales guys wasn t even interested in attending us and he wasn t offering a lower price even after we showed him a web page of other stores selling the exact same tv and a bigger on for a better price his reply was oh well the must have good deals now ... just go buy a new tv !

Staff not very friendly, and it seems that the customers are disturbing them! The sales clerk who has to accompany customers to a modest showroom does not seem very familiar with the products they are selling! He responds with remarkable weariness !. It should be noted that the price of the product I bought was not far from the prices of other resellers, however it was unboxed and seems second hand, and sold with a 3 month warranty only! In short, not recommended

I only went once and it seems to me that it was at another address (near Highway 13 south of the 40 I think), but it's been 6 or 7 years so I'm not not sure. I bought a LG 42 "HD LCD TV and I still have no burnt pixels, I paid less than $ 600 compared to a new $ 1000. I thought if it lasted me 3-4 years it would be good, but it's even better and I'll wait until it breaks before buying another, but I'll probably go for something else soon ...;)

The employees are very rude. Very haughty. Some of the products are used products. It's not just open boxes as they make you believe. When you come across a machine that does not work they do everything to unload. You will always be losers by going to jsonic.

Waste of time ! Saw their really nice website and went there for flooring on a Tuesday afternoon. I would have preferred to view their stock online before going, but they don't have anything on there except an ad for the loss leader at "$0.79/sf" ( not in stock ). I guess Tuesday's are busy because I had to take a number and wait for a sales associate to let me into the "secure" area. Ok, I get it, they have a lot of electronics there too. Anyway I was shown in after about 15 minutes and the salesperson showed me all their flooring stock...... 4 ( four ) samples. Oh, and one of the samples only had 4 boxes left - enough to do a bathroom. What a complete waste of time. Their website makes it look like they are a HUGE flooring wholesaler but I get there and they have basically three products in stock. Don't bother going there for flooring unless they update their website with inventory pictures and quantities.

Purchased a Apple watch 3 during last weeks warehouse sell. I was very pleased with service and information given. A week later I had an issue with the watch. Returned to the store and expressed my issues and in returned listen to their side. We managed to reach amicable solution to the issue. I Have purchased several items from their in the past and this was first time with and issue and I appreciate that they listened to me and the way it was handled.

I like it when a store has inventory. Not when it's empty. We do not go there for the decor and we feel the employees are on commissions or sales statistics. I find the concept of the store a little complicated of what it could actually be

REFURBISH ELECTRONICS..we might forget the meaning when trying to save some money but be careful. You might save money at first but you never now how long it will last. Got a 60" Sharp Aquos 799$+tx 3yrs ago and now the screen panel is dead..they told me its not repairable. Just think twice before buying open boxes or refurbished. Going to buy brand new next time!

Open box great discounts.. sign up for their newsletter and you get to know when they have their liquidations. Last thing I bought was a dyson.. came with a 1 yr certified refurbished guarantee.

I have just finished hanging up with what looks like a customer advisor, The purpose of my call and to ask for information that is not on their site. After the courtesy, I ask if I can have information on the article. Answer: "THAT'S WHAT IT'S WHAT IS WHAT." Calm down the stressed squirrel .. you will not get my money as well :-D ... good luck ... super pricexxx. but watch my TV 50 in 3D after 1 year of use only the power suply capout ......... wow cheap but worth nothing. at your risk !! but after discussion we exchanged the tv, so no worse no? We are happy, thank you j sonic.We will return. After a few years I went back to J sonic with a very different services and how to do ... really bad nothing na evolve rather the opposite .... entering the receptionist mediocre she looks at you as if you bothered her did everything to avoid no smile .... now you are not in the warehouse anymore, you have to wait for a salesman to go to a tiny showroom ... finally I do not like it anymore !!!!

Called me a right away to tell me that my order was canceled in error but fixed it on the spot and a few hours later picked up a brand new iPad for a lot cheaper than at Apple. You must visit this place before any other electronic store. Keep in mind that they sell refurbished stuff (like new) for lower price than anywhere else. I bought a monitor in 2012 and a smart tv in 2017 they both work perfectly for years. I highly recommend for their price and quality

Bought a TV last year. About 36 % cheaper than retail price but with 2 years of warranty instead of 1. It would have been 47% saved and not 36% if I stayed with the standard 6 months warranty. Delivery was super easy, it's was not through a carrier who comes 3 times without asking. The store called me to schedule the delivery, I just took an appointment to get the TV before going to work. Fast too, got it less than 4 days after the order

Customer service nonexistent ... no possibility to choose an item ... we deliver it to the shipping door ... I bought a dehumidifier ... parts were missing ... I contacted them and I was told that the missing parts are not included in an open box ... the device never worked well ... very disappointed consumer ... first and last purchase at this location ... do not not even deserve a star ...

This is my first is last time here! I bought a TV in November for more than $ 1000 + extended warranty of 24 months. In April, I decided to clean the TV and when I turned it on I discovered a crack. I continued to use the TV with the crack while waiting for an answer to my multiple emails. But, two days ago the screen went black but the sound worked. I contact a repairman and he tells me that there is a problem on the screen that is improperly installed (game on the screen) and that the second failure is due either to a problem with the backlight or to the power supply (report supporting). I finally got a response to my emails and moved today to find a solution with them. Of course as I thought the manager (Richard) did not want to fix the TV and called me a liar by saying that I broke the TV myself. Mr thinks this is the first time in my life that I have bought or cleaned a screen. Worse still we discover that the hull of the TV is open, proof that it has been poorly reconditioned. I would not drop the case so easily. I don't pay $ 1,200 for using a TV for 5 months. Excessive force. She is good here. This is the first time I have cleaned a screen in my life haha. As luck would have it, it just happens with your TV. Indeed as you say all those who read my comment will understand logically who is wrong. Of course if I buy a car that has a defect like the TV you sold me I will go and ask for a replacement. If the screen has cracked due to a shock and it has never shed, I would ask for anything. Anyway, the consumer protection agency will say who is right I have all the evidence in hand.
