Rude and arrogant customer service.
Sent me the wrong part and expect me to return it to them at my expense
Not happening. Avoid this company. As many others in reviews below I see have the same issue. Not a good company at all.

Shocking customer service if and when you manage to get through to anyone, they lie about delivery times and don't give you any way to track your order yourself The automated answer phone even lies and tells you to call back between 8 and 530 when it's only 5 o'clock anyway Useless to deal with absolutely pathetic service and as of yet no parts have arrived even though its 3 days after delivery date

While ago bought a driveshaft as old one was bad, car start shaking even more , they replaced it , but that was it, and do not want put another one faulty driveshaft.. better buy good brand one!!
sadly female staff answer the phone dosn't know any thing.
i ask for bmw inner cv join i said i have OE part number, she said i can't cross reference OE number. i said what about VIN number she said no.what else can i do, but in the past i bought 20x cv boot from u the guy new what i was talking about when i gave him FEBI part number,
Always have used j&r for anything I can. First because they were cheap but stayed for the quality of service and parts. Never had a bad part and never found cheaper
2 deliveries 1 went to the correct location other went to different yet due to a clerical error absolutely no help from any1 other than to say give them more money to resend the order .. ridiculous standards in the motor trade
don't go anywhere else for driveshafts ,
the prices here are awesome ,
even when i drove 148 miles to them to pick up same day i still saved an absolute fortune
Bloody brilliant, however I dealt with them 12 months ago.
Absolute joke of a company.
Will be taking legal action against them.

Like to buy, this company will not transport/ post items to Commonwealth Federation country

called to check if the driveshaft on ebay fits my vehicle been told to email them and ill will get response in 20min 3days later no response waste of time rude customer service.
Excellent staff especially stacey that went out of her way to help me as i ordered the wrong part and all the others in there
Ordered hub nuts on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday and fitted. No problems and no postage charge.
The price and delivery are second to none, However when the part fails their attitude is atrocious, I offered to buy another and asked if they would refund me if the part proved to be faulty. BIG NO read our terms and conditions. The person I dealt with was rude and patronising. . IF you can afford for your car to sit on the drive with no drive shaft for a week while they decide wether or not to send you a replacement, By all means buy from them , I for one won't use them again.
read all reviews on here but then took time to look at there ebay feedback went ahead and ordered a driveshaft from them for my ford galaxy ( good reviews from members on the forum ) so far done 500 miles with no problems car is smooth and as its a auto changes are smooth as well will use again
Only got one star because I can t go any lower.....They supplied a driveshaft that did not fit despite being given the reg number. Eventually they refunded the cost of the item but not the postage. I also had to pay the cost of postage to return the item. When I complained I was put on hold until I hung up...BE WARNED..
Ordered a n/s and o/s drive shaft. Sent 2x n/s for a different car. Offered me an exchange for the correct one for the o/s.
One had to be returned as they dont even do a n/s for my car even though they listed it. Offered a refund but only if posted back at my expense. Disgusting. Avoid! Take your money elsewhere!!
Do not use this company Cheap rubbish Lady on phone is arrogant and rude and does not listen Car clearly has a vibration now under acceleration caused by these shafts. Good job I don't need to pay labour fitting these parts cos now I have to do it all again and pay out for better driveshafts I will be sending these back for a refund.
Absolute joke of a firm called them to be sure that they had the correct parts for my car was told that they did so ordered online so i could get the next day delivery wich came early the next hut that is dpd nothing to do with jandr, i took my car to the local garage to get the parts fit and thay tried for over an hour to fit one of them and calles to say it was the wrong part so i wasted my time calling and the labour at the garage, was told to email pictures so o could collect a refund but then was told i had to ship the parts back at my own cost even though they shipped the incorrect parts, so shipping should have been covered any other firm would have done so, so i drove 2hours to the shipping address to recive my refund to be told because the parts have been tried against my car and paint has been scrapped they cant refund one of the parts so im now down that cost too, tgey told me they would have to take my original invoice so they could process my refund but didnt want me to have a copy for the part the flat out refused to return because they couldnt resell it on, how a company that has bad review one after another is still running is beyond me, wish i had checked them. While i was there trying to get them to honor the refund i was told via email i could get two other customers also returned wrong items that they said they were told was correct for the cars but was completely different i will be chasing via my visa i psif with to see if i can reclsim the payment due to having wrong item sent out to me. Also spesking to C A B to inform them like others before me that have been rippes off, take my advice and stay clear well clear.

please do not buy anything from these cowboys bought a driveshaft sent me wrong one phoned back and was told they will send new one out been waiting for a week to get the new one sent out, phoned this morning and was told to go back online and order again wat a joke asked for to speak to the manager they put the phone down, fkin very rude will advise all the garages not to use j@r save yourself from these cowboys

Phoned this tin pot company to make sure I was ordering the correct drive shaft, their advice was wrong so I ordered another one and returned the incorrect one at my cost.
That was nearly 3 weeks ago and in still awaiting my refund from them.
Everything is literally to much trouble!! Save time, save money use a decent company!!
Used many of times not had one problem I always check length count teeth on old parts then contact j&r before ordering items some of photos people post online look like bad fitment also just because u give vehicle details doesn't mean u will get right parts u need to check old with new parts
Brought driveshafts from them left and right skoda 1u2 twice they have failed.... had to pay for labour twice getting my refund and going to get the original oem ones because they're driveshafts are not balanced properly
Cheap parts. But be warned check when u order as parts do vary a lot. As I found out. 2 driveshafts later they told me that they don't supply the one for my model.
Best prices for CV joints and drive shafts never had a single issue in over 10 years dealing with J&R
Quality shaft for less than half the price of most other motor factors

Absolutely awful company. DO NOT USE. BE WARNED THEY SENT WRONG DRIVESHAFT DESPITE ME GIVING CORRECT DETAILS. When I phoned to complain they just put you on hold....
Not going to slag them off yet but I was after off side drive shaft for my car, but got the passenger side and no other option available on the site to pick the side you want. I am going to contact them tomorrow to see what they are going to do. I am 40 min drive to collect it and 40 mins drive back home. Only found out when the mechanic looked and told me that it was the wrong side. Which is going to cast more now and drive to Birmingham to collect it. Which mounts to more money.
I ordered my part on Thursday and it was with me by friday morning. Wow !! I didnt expect it to come until Monday. Brilliant service.

Avoid this company. They sent me the wrong parts, and my fault was that I did not dontact them within 30 days of purchase (couldn't work on the car). Now they won't take the parts back even if they are still litterally brand new. I tried to ask for a partial refund at least but they declined. Worst thing, they won't even tell me what car those parts are suppose to go on. Won't be using them again and I shall be contacting VISA for a refund.
I would avoid using this company full stop. A big rip off
shocking used them lots of times in the past and to be honest they were excellent but my past 3 orders this month, only 1 has been right 1st on item out of stock and took over 1 week to refund cost should also get back the difference between there cost and competitor cost!!! The last order took again part not in stock but told me stock had arrived so would sent straight away, still not arrived my customer unhappy as car not fixed will have to go and get another one from a more reliable supplier will now sent invoice for difference etc. Should not take payment if no stock
This companys outstanding record for not issuing refunds is still top class DO NOT order from this comapany they are a joke their parts are cheap for a reason they are not of quality cheaply made and passed off they will ruin your car and cost you more in the long run its a disgrace and how they are still trading i do not know every driveshaft recieved is of dismal quality YOU WILL PAY MORE IN THE LONG RUN do not buy drive shafts from this company
