We went to see the apartment 1310, Cricket lane in Woodbridge as soon as we received a call from the real estate agent Klaudia. We thought she will give us a heads-up about the psychopath currently living in that condo. As soon as we knocked the door, a crazy man ran towards us with a baseball bat. To our surprise the real estate agent had no idea about this freak currently occupying the condo. It was a completely dreadful experience to have someone chasing us with a "baseball bat". I dont have anything against Klaudia, but she should have done her homework to avoid this incident. Anything could have happened with us. I wish Zillow somehow notice this review for "1310, Cricket lane, Woodbridge, NJ-07095" and take the ad down their website. JJ Elek, we expect you to be some more professional and inform the potential buyers about what they are asking for.

Wonderful company with knowledgeable and experienced realtors and staff. Terrific experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!

Waste of time, waste of money! The Realtor I dealt with JOE jose TORRACA was a delight at first but cracked under pressure! He Threw a fit with my husband and I and suddenly terminated our business together. Two days later he decides to call me like nothing happened asking about a place I made clear wasn t for us! I said no and he blocked me... how unprofessional and Immature of this little man! The office looks like trash on the inside with unwelcoming faces! Horrible experience for our first time EVER sitting with a realtor! Money down the drain and unhelpful inquiries on my credit report! Thanks for NOTHING!

Bobby from JJ elek was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in purchasing as a first time home buyer! He always responded back quickly with the answers we needed, even when i had 9000 silly questions. Purchasing a home is very stressful and Bobby helped in so many ways ease some of that for us. We were first time home buyers and extremely anxious and nervous about just about everything. Bobby made sure he explained everything we needed to know in full detail. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Bobby for making Joe and I's home buying journey a success we loved working with you!

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Super unprofessional. Elba Lupo, one of the staff, lied to us about a house, and we lost all our money. Never doing business with them again, nor do I recommend.

We decided to buy a house and Louann & Joe Gasparro from JJ Elek Realty Co. was recommended to us. Louann called me immediately stayed on the phone with me like for an hour answered every question & concern I had. It took only 2 months we closed on our house on 12/30/20. Couldn't be more pleased with this couple they were great! We let them know what we were looking for and they sent us listings almost every day. I give them 5 stars would recommend them to all my friends and family. My husband and I consider Louann & Joe friends looking forward to the bar b que! Joe :o)

Horrible!! I emailed them with a question and no one got back to me. At least give me a courtesy call and say you can't help me. I'm very disappointed since I brought a house from them many years ago.

The owner/Sellers "Shahffrah & Afraz R khan" and sellers agent "george Zorbas" both knew that basement had huge problem of water flooding into it,but they never revealed this to us.We saw huge water flooding into basement the very next day of closing and when called the owner to discuss this,the owner did not even pick the call and turned total blind to our problem.
Finally we paid $20,000 to fix this problem to A1 basement solutions & $5000 for tiles , paint.literally leading me to go bankrupt and losing my sleep and peace .
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO BUY FROM THE owner " Shahffrah & Afraz R khan" AND this agent "george zorbas".

Corrupt business! Very shady! Told me commission would be 4.5% than forged my name on the listing agreement and changed to 5%. If I could give them zero stars I would!
