My favourite chocolate brand ever. So pleased they export to Australia (Woolworths and Big W) Also, your artisan's are amazing; the apple and white chocolate was my favourite! I go to NZ annually and can never leave without it!

Been buying the 200g bars at Pete's Frootique in Halifax, Nova Scotia for past several years. LOVE the 33% milk chocolate. My favorite chocolate . The dark, mint, coconut, and almond combos are awesome too. Only wish I could find it in Cape Breton now that I've moved.

Really good chocolate. But what I like best is that they use cocoa and sugar out of fair trade agreements and they actually roast the beans themselves, which is a rarity nowadays. Both is highly respectable in my view.

Never been to the chocolate factory but the 2 chocolates in the artisan collection are really disappointing.Tried the cardamon as well as the hazelnut,no taste of cardamon no taste of hazelnut in both bars. The apricots and cardamon gave the chocolate a gritty texture.I could not taste either the apricots or cardamon.Either poor ingredients, poor technique, poor chocolate makers or a combination of all.Have tried the lindt bars and those guys really know how to make chocolate even though they are mass produced and not an artisan product.

Also I don't understand why you have rich English pakehas on your TV ads a supposedly proud NZ company.

I have really lovely memories of growing up in Elsdon in th early 1970's, playing @ the park behind Whittakers, the smell of the chocolate & roasted nuts. If you were lucky sometimes a kind worker would come out with a tray of delicious, mouthwatering chocolates which I now know to have been 'seconds' but wonderfully superb anyway. The best gift I got for my 21st was x2 boxes of Whittakers Peanut Slabs. I have lived in Australia for the past 9years
& one of my favourite ads was "Next stop Porirua" So I was amazed to see your new Ad with the Kitchen Goddess Nigella!!! & was that Wellington Railway Station?
You guyz just rock by keeping everything very authentically local. I am so proud to have been raised in Porirua where the world class chocolate is made Whittakers yeahhhhh

Every chocolate from Whittaker's that I've tried, I've enjoyed as it has been wonderful. Unfortunately they discontinued my favourite - the Dark Chocolate Ginger Block . But I still love their Rum and Raisin as well as their Roasted Almond. 2 pieces of Whittaker's chocolate with my 1 cup of cafe au lait each day gives me great delight !

Very disappointing how they treat customers. I'm on their email list and following on Facebook yet I keep getting emails asking me to sign up to the email list. When I called and asked to speak to marketing about this the marketing team made it clear they would not speak to customers and my only option was to not get an email asking me to sign up to the email list was to be removed from the email list. Good chocolate but pathetic marketing and customer relations
