After relentless phone calls from JD Mellberg, I finally agreed to meet with their local rep. The rep showed up without a mask & responded "no" when I asked him if vaccinated for COVID. I told him that he could therefore not enter my house & expose my family. What company or contractor under the current pandemic concerns would schedule a sales meeting with a potential client & assume that they can come into your home unprotected & place your family at risk?
When JD Mellberg calls to reschedule, I will decline & will request being placed on their "do not call" list. Based on reading these reviews, I can assume that I will result in my being called relentlessly. Their reviews are an eye-opener of how bad their services are despite their aggressive marketing efforts.

Unprofessional staff, unmotivated workers, most were miserable, and you could tell on their faces. Hire and fire mentality. 10 people were let go in 5-months period for spurious reasons. No job security. Do yourself a big favor and find employment with a real company that cares about you.
Hire all the time to leverage the current roster of sales floor reps. You are expendable no matter what. They still capitalize on your work by passing your progress onto someone else once you are fired. It is similar to themes talked about in books about surplus value, the method by which the company earns money off of your hard work when you are no longer employed by them. With a commercial, they advertise 33% more income in retirement! Callers, after viewing the commercial, will call in to get a free book. One question that can never be answered is: how do you quantify 33% more income? Compared to what? It is simply a marketing buzzphrase. If you don't have money or spill the beans to them about the money you do have, they will not send out the book. You can call it falls advertisement or bait the switch but these older people don't understand when you tell them you will. If you are a potential client, I would pay very close attention to how a company treats their employees. What they do when no one is looking could be worse especially with someone's money they don't truly know. To them you are simply a number.
I recently became a client because I was afraid I didn't have a solid retirement plan. I worked with Steven during the course of several weeks and I walked away feeling relieved and a with a sense of comfort knowing I made the right decision. This is a great firm that really is focused on the helping their clients.
This Company sells annuities. Though Josh is knowledgeable, some of his advisors are not qualified to give you the best advice. This is a glossy organization with very little depth. Beware if you are not familiar with annuities.
If you like receiving calls at 6:15 in the morning, and when you tell them no longer to call you, they keep calling, if you like that and you want to put your hard earned cash into the hands of someone who is not transparent, than use JD Mellberg. Otherwise, buyer beware. I have never written a review before, but these people are not to be trusted. I wrote a letter to Mellberg asking them to take our name off their list, and sure enough, I got another call today. They do not listen to you. I had to give a star to have it go through, or I would have given a zero. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.
First and foremost, JD Mellberg Financial is a marketing company acting as a financial management and consulting firm. The owner and his minion management team has worked very hard behind the scenes to make it look as though they possess the proper moral conviction and industry knowledge sufficient enough to manage your hard-earned money. This place is a call center with a fancy-looking lobby, and they are lobbying for your money.
Don't trust what sounds too good to be true. Before this company, the owners ran a failed STD Testing business just before opening up JD Mellberg. This company just wants your money for themselves and to use your money for their own gain. They are shrewd with the English dictionary, marketing and sales proceess.
If you feel you are in any way being conned out of your money by them, it is most likely because you are. Snake oil salesmen have more scruples and personal integrity than this company, but they're all just the same. Of all the job post comments, you can distinguish from those 5-star reviews with a dedicated marketing team within JD Mellberg Financial.
My daddy told me a long time ago: "Be mature enough to forgive someone who has wronged you, but don't be dumb enough to trust them ever again."
So I said NO to JD Mellberg Financial when they tried to recruit me again for a "great job opportunity" to do all their leg work so that they can scam old people and the wealthy out of their money, while they reap all the financial benefits of my efforts. They just want everyone else to do all the heavy lifting.
