I had A wonderful experience. I was helped by David McCalla, whom I have been dealing with in past purchases. I called him last week concerning a letter that I received from JC Lewis Ford Savh about trading in my vehicle for a new vehicle. I was unsure so I called David and he confirmed that it was legit and made an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived at JC Lewis Ford Savh he already had all of my paperwork done and did research to find the best vehicle at the best price which would suit my financial needs. I was very pleased with his selection and the process was really really low maintenance. David took care of everything; I hardly had to lift a finger. he made sure that I was taken care of from all aspects, from the color of my vehicle down to payment options. I trust David's judgment and, in the end, I up bought a new vehicle within my price range and I love the color.
