Great salesman Marc Campbell. Sam was great too. I like my new truck. I was surprised by a last minute now-or-never high pressure l sales pitch for an insurance-on-electronics offer, costing in my case almost 3000 dollars. I should have had more time to think about this offer. No one is capable of a well-considered decision that pops up out of nowhere in the middle of closing time. This is bad policy. I said no. I do like my truck and I did like Marc Campbell.

Driving from ND to Idaho I experienced break and h...

Driving from ND to Idaho I experienced break and hub problems on my 2007 Nissan Titan. I was barely able to get my vehicle to Jc Billion and smoke was billowing from the right front fender well when I arrived. The service team diagnosed the problem/damage, ordered the parts and had me on my way the very next day. The cost of the repair was well below my expectations. If I lived in Bozeman I would defenitely purchase my next vehicle from Jc Billion!

Mike was so helpful it was amazing. I was expecting the same used car dealer attitude, but I was greeted and handled very professionally. All the paperwork was ready as I was told it was, the vehicle was ready and exactly what was discussed. It was refreshing to see this level of professionalism. I live 3 states away and will recommend them if I get a chance.

Our experience at JC Billion was disappointing.

Our experience at JC Billion was disappointing.
It started off OK. We had to travel to come see the vehicle we were interested in, and they communicated well prior to our arrival.

Once we did arrive, the vehicle was ready to drive. (2019 Pathfinder)
We test drove it, and found a few issues with the vehicle, most concerning of which was that the front collision warning light comes on after the first 2 miles of driving.
The other issue was that the vehicle needed tires.

We came to an agreement on the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Our two requests were that the vehicle receive new tires and that the sensor be repaired.
In addition, the dealership ordered us an owner's manual and a second key, as these were missing from the vehicle. (Update, 7/7/20, they forgot to order the owner's manual. Supposedly they did that today.)

We then left the vehicle with them for a week, so they could take care of the issues and line out our financing, with us traveling back the following Saturday to take delivery.

When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, my first question was to the work that was to be done. The tires, I could see, had been replaced. I asked our salesman first thing if the sensor was repaired as well. He assured me that it was. When I asked for a copy of the service paperwork, he informed me that he could not print it and it would need to be sent to me the following week.
Based on all this, we proceeded with the purchase of the car.

Imagine our joy when we got two miles from the dealership and the front collision light came on.
I turned around, straight back to the service department. The gentleman I spoke to there was quite nice, and was able to look up and see that not only had no work been done to the sensor, the request was never even made for the repair.
So there we were, three hours from home, proud owners of an unsafe vehicle.

After some discussion, it was decided that we would have the work done at the Missoula Nissan, on our own time. So now, we are waiting still, because the dealership here was three weeks out on service, to find out what is wrong with the sensor and if it can be fixed.

Needless to say, we are not happy with not only the oversight, but then the lie that the work was complete.

In addition, at no point were we apologized to. We were given a free set of floor mats, but very casually, with no apology and no admittance of wrongdoing.

It wasn't until later that first week that we got a call from the Service Manager, after we left a review for them, who called me and was very apologetic for what had happened and what we had gone through, even though none of it was his fault.

Overall, I would just caution you to not take them at their word that work will be or is done. Make sure you have the proof in hand before you sign anything.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I live in Helena and found the car I wanted online. I reached out to them and they had everything ready for me when I got there. The car was pulled up front, filled with gas, and ready to go. It was quick, painless, and even enjoyable. I never thought I would enjoy buying a car at any dealership. Mike Tiberi was incredible to work with I would recommend him to anyone. In typical finance manager fashion he audibly sighed and got upset that I didn't buy their warranty, but other than that it was a great buying experience.

We just bought a car from JC billion last night and i can t say enough great things about their staff and our salesman, Mike Tiberi.

We had some obstacles in our way that other dealerships couldnt even bother to help us through. At JC Billion, they worked with us to get into a car that had all of the features we wanted, fit into our budgets perfectly, and had the warranty that we didn t have to worry!

They were friendly and up front about our realistic goals but still making sure the process wasn t mind numbing for us or them.
I m beyond happy to be in a new car and have a new car dealership that we can rely on!

Staff took care of my under warranty problem completely. They had my car flat bedded 40 miles and gave us a rental car for the 4 days it took them. Car was fixed completely. The service writer Kassy was great. 5 stars.

Greatest car buying experience I could have ever asked for, Justin Williams is a super hero in his field and made my car dreams come true. I m a first time buyer and also brand new to the credit game but still managed to get me a car in MY NAME with KILLER deals and ROCKIN coverage. I was here in June last year for a standard oil change and tire rotations. Everyone was very polite. When I got there I had noticed my gas cap was broken and they fixed it no questions asked. I had a problem with my shift knob and a part was ordered for me. It was all covered by my warranty so they were not going to charge me a thing. I left the state unexpectedly before my next appointment to install the part. Recently I found out that when people don t show up, the store must pay a restocking fee. I want to apologize to everyone at this store, I left the state for emergency reasons, but I feel bad knowing that the crew probably took a hit for that. I truly am sorry, and remember my experience at this dealership as a unique one since everyone did an amazing job. Thank you and I m sorry.

My local Nissan dealer (I'm not in MT) determined JC Billion Nissan parts department might have the only remaining part in the US I needed for my older Nissan and gave me their phone number. I called parts and Clay cheerfully answered the phone. After insisting he wanted to "put eyes on the part" he quickly determined he did indeed still have the part on the shelves! After taking payment over the phone, Clay got it sent out to me lickety split in some very sturdy packaging. Thanks Clay! You are what friendly Nissan parts service is all about!

After considering buying a new car for a while, I finally decided to start looking. I m very glad I went to Billion! The salesman that I worked with was extremely professional, wasn t pushy, and was patient enough to ask the right questions to help me find the best vehicle To fit my lifestyle. After looking at a few options, I landed on the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Man I love this thing!

When it came time to discuss price, the sales manager, Justin, was reasonable and actually ended up giving me more than I expected for my trade! Overall, I had a great experience and recommend Chris Weigand and Billion to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I had a recall on my backup camera, standard stuff. While my truck was there, I asked them to look at some marks on my front passenger door. They inspected it, said it looks exactly like someone tried to break in, and adjusted the door and told me to get a paint pen. The cost for the extra work not included in the recall? $0.00. This place is horrible to do business with got a 2016 nissan nv last year went to upgrade with new and 4x4, ours had 10500 miles only wanted to give half of what we paid obbisally don't hold there value, and during the process my credit got ran before I authorised anything to be done no signature to say ok, and then the manager argued with me in the show room about them doing so, the sales man was good and different from the back wagon I was working on the car with over phone and email, last car I will ever buy from nissan ever, we got a ford transit van the next week after doing some research, and they gave me way more for my nissan than the dealership I got it from, never do business with this dealer ship!!!!!! I have contacted the gm last week about this still have not heard from them, but that's ok, buyers beware

My wife and I had the best experience leasing our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with Billion/Jeep. From one initial phone call going through the numbers to coming in that same night to complete purchase/lease, drive home in the new Jeep.

I've been leasing cars every 3 years or so for 25 years. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Justin/Sales Manager and Mark/Salesperson, were straight shooters from the start, numbers never changed, no shell game, and even offered us "better" financing rate once we were there.

I can't recommend them enough. We had the opposite experience in town at other dealers/sales people.

Very clean and organized company as well as extremely respectful staff. Did not feel pushed or uncomfortable in anyway as is common at other dealerships. Very thorough showing of the vehicle. Not a single complaint. Would highly recommend Mike Tiberi.

This is the 4th time in 2 years my family has done...

This is the 4th time in 2 years my family has done business with Billion. Dain Kovash and the crew are always pros and treat everyone with respect. In fact I visited another local dealer this time before I made this purchase and when I voiced some concerns to their management the other dealer's response was unprofessional and they wanted to be right rather than helpful. Nobody beats a Billion deal and they are my go to.

Dain Kovash made ordering my new 2021 Jeep wrangler as hassle free as possible during a pandemic. We were able to do everything over the phone and email which was really handy since I live in Red Lodge. Dain even came in on his day off so I could pick the Jeep up from him since I only had one day to make the drive to Bozeman. We were referred to JC Billion by my sister inlaw who had a good experience buying a car there we also had a great experience everyone was friendly and helpful it was a long day of car shopping about 4 hours and we had our 4 year old daughter with us I can't say how helpful and understanding everyone was to let her run around and play in the dealership and even to play scavanger hunt with her thank you all for making the process easy on us!
