ITT Defence is an average company. The work culture is okay, but there is not much growth opportunities. The management can be a bit better. Overall, it's a decent place to work.
Worked there on contract. General manager accused me of trying to defraud the company for a 15 minute genuine mistake on my time sheet. I apologised and offered to correct it (I have NEVER fiddled my hours, not even for 5 minutes in 30 years) but he wouldn't let it go, calling me a liar. Offered him outside but the coward ran away.
In leaving a group of MOD brass was in reception I told them not to deal with this company as their products were rubbish and the staff ignorant. They followed me out, got in their cars and left.
Avoid this place LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you want to work for a company that treats people like dirt.
