Pass the exam first , the reception provides free coffee, a location with easy access to amenities. Reception is pretty helpful.

I did an exam here, extremely slow computers, staff had to keep refreshing exam page.

Went in for an exam today. The lady at the counter was very quick in getting me setup. Directed me to where the locker was to keep my belongings. The place I did the exam was clean with ample lighting. There were ear mufflers provided which helped me and was comfortable to wear. Just a few minutes away from the townhall station which was convenient as well. Highly recommended.

The place, hygiene, location, etc. are all okay. I have been there few times and everytime I wish they had better monitors. I mean the resolution of the screen is so bad, it reminds me my monitor from 10 years ago.

The test center staff is useless and so rude, i call to check if they provide the widescreen or square screen display for test, and staff's answer is "I don't know", and I asked if someone else can help, she said "I don't know". Don't go there for your exam.

Professional and courteous. There was an issue with IT systems for my exam. They kept us informed and arranged alternatives.

My experience with them is always positive. I don`t understand with all these bad reviews.

I've done couple of exams in their centre , but had different issues.
1- They were talking loudly with customers without considering people inside the room are taking exams! also rooms doesn't have any insulation.
3- No proper air con in the room, too hot! dont go there during summer.
2-another time in the middle of the exam needed to go to bathroom before review and submit and then once I came back I saw their staff sat on my sit and she submitted my exam!!! I was so lucky that I passed the exam, she was just saying sorry!
In general I would say If you have a different option, don't use this centre.

The staff are professional and very friendly. They've accommodated me at short notice twice when I had to rebook an exam in a hurry when my bookings at another centre fell through. They have up-to-date equipment for people who want to get take IT exams, but the testing booths for computer-delivered exams are uncomfortable and need updating.

Would still highly recommend this place for any exam.

Not as bad as people say. There are toilets and lockers provided.

The customer service isn't spectacular but that's not why you go here. Monitor is a tad small and low and can cause neck stiffness for long exams.

Air conditioning and lighting upgrade has now been completed in the ITIC test centre. Desktop and exam booth upgrades soon to be completed

Staff were very helpful and friendly in getting me setup for my exam. This kept things for relaxed for what ended up being a tough exam and contributed to me passing the exam.

Environment was quiet and clean - perfect for exam conditions.

Went to take an exam here. Couldn't even get past the 'confirm your identity' screen despite 4 attempts on 3 PC's - this was after being told there would be a half hour delay due to internet issues. The proctors were very unhelpful and I'm not expecting much from their promise to reschedule the exam. This place is very convenient for public transport, but I'd suggest paying a little more for facilities that work.

I was saddened to hear the passing of Wes jin. The course was really good, price to performance. Got my CCNA.

Everything is good for this place. Staffs are friendly and very efficient. Btw: their bathroom really reminds me of The Shining lol

Always a friendly and efficient test centre to go to, loads of space and don't complain when I show up 30 minutes early

Samuel was very friendly. He ensured that I settled down and was comfortable before I took the exam. Nice facilities too.

The assistant's attitude is very rude. She cannot speak in a clear way. Hateful

Took my 70-461 exam today. Luckily, I haven't experienced any issues mentioned above and all tech is working. I passed my exam and even got a small gift from the reception. Definitely not the best equipment & deco but there is no reason to steer away if you are after easy-to-travel-to location

Avoid this exam centre if you can and choose another 1 if there is any. There are a handful of reasons why: their computers are very slow, the rooms are small, dinghy and dirty (the hygiene level is appalling as there was human hair on the computer desk which I took my exam at), you can hear people chatting outside and heavy thuds of footsteps which send vibrations through the paper thin walls when people walk past the corridors from the outside. The air ventilation is bad and when I walked into the exam room I could smell other people who had been in the exam room before me. For some of the prices you pay to sit some of the exams, a better exam experience would be more proper.

Staff are nice. The place is not the most appealing, or pleasant to do an exam in.

I went for my Cisco AM test and passed. The staff was very helpful. The amenity in total is okay but it's not why I chose ITIC - its location is so close to Town Hall station, only 3 minutes. I think I will continue to use ITIC.

I've taken Cisco Networks Training Course from ITIC in Aug 2018.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services and the quality of the CCNA R&S course. I gained valuable hands-on experiences through performing operations on Cisco devices. I was able to extend knowledge beyond the theories I learnt from my university networking courses.

My supervisor Joshi in ITIC was very much experienced not only in teaching but also in previous work in the networking industry. He also provided us with some valuable tips on preparing for the future job interviews.

After completing the course in ITIC, I was introduced to one of their partner companies to do an internship working as Network Engineer.

Take your certification exam at the ITIC testing centre. Walk-in without an appointment as we have 41 available seats so can always accomodate your exam at any time.

A well equipped centre with professional trainer and friendly staff. Training is very interactive, plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Simple exam booking process.

I got through to ITIC through Macquarie University, primarily for my CCNA training and to obtain an internship at companies they had a tie-up with. The training for CCNA was really good as the teacher - Mr. Joshi taught us everything he could even sometimes including material from outside the syllabus. He was extremely patient with us when we asked him silly questions and always taught us from our level of knowledge to the level we needed to be especially considering that the class comprised of students from IT Management as well.
The in-house equipment helped us gain a lot of hands-on experience with actual Cisco hardware.
We were also given the opportunity to setup the test center.
Although there was only one tutor at the time for CCNA, it might help if there were more as the training section of the institute will then be able to take in more students.
I obtained an Internship at FooForce, where I had the opportunity to learn and gain experience in multiple IT environments.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Data Science internship experience was superb. Learned a lot from these people. They employ experts in the field.

Very dark and small environment, finished an exam with 60%, and still failed.

Very good institution for providing quality learning and effective internship opportunity for the final year students. The overall management skills of Praneet and teaching of joshi is really above expectation.

Just wasted 5 hours whilst Pearson Vue system were down (along with 20 other people). If you are going to run the business 6 days a week it should be supported 6 days a week by IT support. People have time to wait for a 30 minute outage, but not all day, and especially for an exam. The guys behind the desk did their best but frankly dedicated IT support should have been on hand. Probably more a Pearson Vue IT issue. Not sure sitting an exam on a weekend is a good idea given the skeleton staff.

Great front desk staff, Rachel was great helping me sort out my ID issue.

Great place for any Pearson Vue exams. Massive benefit that offers Saturdays as an option

Took a few AWS exams here. Gets the job done but nothing special. One time was not able to take the exam - supposedly because PSI was down

Update: there have been many improvements that made the process more pleasant. The rooms are smaller which means less noise from people coming and going. Desk space is now larger and the chair was comfy.
Professional, but hot on a weekend with out aircon. I liked how they provided 'ear protection' to try to limit the noise from other test takers. Like all test centers in the city, expect to have the same about of space as if you were taking the test in a jetstar a320.

Bad syatem. I did the Cisco exam and I'm confident that I pass it, but the system here was unable to print my exam result.
The stuff lodged a tickt to Pearson exam centre but there is still no result.

I've took several Cisco exams, this was the first time ever been told there is no result to provide due to their system issue.

Excellent exam centre, helpful staff. I will come here again for my remaining exams.

The person assisting with going into exam was polite and very helpful.
The manager was onsite and also very helpful for any concerns i had.
They have lockers to keep my things secure during my exam.
I recommend ITIC for taking exams and anything else they have to offer.

This place is appalling, facilities terrible, pen didn't work, computers are unusably slow. I could not get past question 3 without having to get the tech guy twice. Pick somewhere else.

Highly recommended - easy to deal with, friendly staff and a well looked after testing environment. They even provide ear plugs / ear muffs!

Two staff at the reception was not very pleasant, one of them handed me a pen and a paper and pointed figure to go in to the test room without saying a word, which I felt was extremely rude!

Took AWS exam here, not the best exam experience I had. Thankfully time was more than enough.
1. Computer was slow and screen display was screwed up, i had to scroll left and right for every question.
2. Noise control was bad, other candidates were talking loudly in the corridor which is one plaster wall away from me.
3. Not much instructions given, needs to figure out what to do by myself.
