When I called Clark Brown and sons I was met with complete professionalism and compassion. I had the pleasure of being connected with the director Carla Brown who I can honestly say I would not have made it through this extremely tough time without. Their vast experience and ability to answer all my questions put me at ease.They took care of all if our needs ..and I was able to put total trust in them to to their job and they did that and so much more. When you have lost a love one it's not a fun time for you.. You are emotionally messed up and the Clark- Brown Family put two of our family members to rest...Both times there was Love, Support, Understanding...They made us feel like Family and was mourning with us.... During this time we had questions and financial problems. They worked with us and were understanding, honest and helpful. I know I personally could not do this job because people are emotionally a wreck and to deal with families is hard...So, we personally want to Thank You for the love, patient and understanding.The Williams Family

Extremely rude on the phone. It blows my mind that any business owners out there today act like that and still have a company to operate, especially in an industry where the customer is often in emotional distress. Good luck moving forward - I'll just take my business to Russell, Salem, or Hayworth-Miller.

The funeral director Carla was very rude and not professional at all!!!!! No sympathy or compassion for the family!!! I would never suggest this funeral home to anyone!!!! The best employee was the bread man can t remember his real name!!! Poor poor service!!!!! My dad did look handsome besides minor things
