itconnexion is a great platform for the University graduates who are seeking an internship opportunity. This company has been providing a regular opportunity to our ECA IT graduate to engange in different projects and to gain some valuable work experience.
The director Vincent Pang been a great support to our international students to gain the real work experience in Australia.

Every time I have a difficulty with my internet connection, updating my PC, or installing new programs, the staff at itconnexion have fixed it within a day.

Upper Murray Family Care has worked with itconnexion since 2009 and the relationship has grown substantially in that time. We initially contracted itconnexion to mainly offer a support/help desk type services but has blossomed into strategic design, disaster recovery planning, website management and hosting, Intranet build and management, hardware & software recommendation/procurement, software evaluation and internet services.
Despite UMFC being found in the north east of Victoria, it has not caused any issues with communication or responsiveness.
Itconnexion have experience in the not-for-profit/community sector and generally provide solutions with that in mind.

We use IT Connexion as our IT support company. We've had nothing but great service from them. Tickets are generally acted upon quickly, and recently they assisted switching our internet line over at short notice (1-2 days notice). Special mentions to Aziz and Akshay.
