Pool Auto Sales and Service Review

Loser man wouldn't even take my car. I was looking at a couple cars and I asked if they can do trade-ins. The man asked what kind of car I have. He doesn't want my car. He didn't even ask whats wrong with it. Don't buy from these loser crooks. Don't even go there, they WILL reject you!!! Loser old man. I wish Google has the option to give a half star, or NO STARS!!!!!!! If you don't know, Pool Auto Sales moved to the same place where Auto Max is. 2571 Spencerport Rd, Spencerport, NY 14559.

Horrible car lot
The only good thing about his saleamanship is being able to manipulate the customer and not even have the car cleaned that was bought.

I stopped by years ago to look at a Jeep Libertry and compare it to another one at a different dealer.

The vehicle had the price tag on it but not the miles. So I went up to the shop and asked about that vehicle. The owner immediatly responded with "Are you just going around dealers and driving vehicles?". I left immediatly and would never suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible dealership and lousy customer service.

Recently bought a car here. Check engine light came on a few days later, so I called and explained the situation to Robert and he told me to bring the car back and he would take care of it. The car was fixed in a day and I was back on the road. Thanks Robert

Three months after buying our Escape, the gas tank bottomed out and fell off from excessive body corrosion and rust. The car was under coated when we bought it, unfortunately, we now know it was to hide the extent of rust damage; we are now out 5k, additional repair costs and a vehicle. Needless to say, we are not happy.

Bought my first vehicle there 4.5 years ago. I got a good price. Owned the vehicle for 2 years only buying tires and brake pads. Sold it because it was too small for family at the time. Went right back To Pool Auto to by a van. 2.5 years later only two front tires and brake pads and still running like new. Great price on that van and so far 2 vehicles I honestly can not find any reason not to give a good rating to this place. I can't be the only exception.

We bought the 2006 Honda Odyssey that we came to see. Had to have rear brakes (pads and rotors) done within 2 weeks, and the AC compressor needs to be replaced. And we have found that the rear hatch collects water when it rains. Not a very good job of checking the vehicle over.

Owner is fairly pushy, but the others working there are fairly nice and helpful.

The owner is a very nasty man. My car was dead within two years of buying it. Nothing good about this place

Honestly surprised these guys don't have more bad reviews. Aside from having rude customer service and just acting sleezy I was sold a car with a rotted sub frame and called multiple times to ask about refund or what they could do for me and was hung up on multiple times. I would never buy a car from this guy again. Also, I originally wanted a convertible and was told by a sales man that the owner doesn't sell his convertibles to just anyone............they wouldn't sell me a car on their lot??!! Why did I even buy a car from here?? I ended up going out to a mitsubishi dealership in Hamburg NY.....well worth the drive and money, bought a brand new car, I am so sick of having car troubles which seems to be all you get from the sleez bags on ridge road.........especially this one!!

Let me tell you about these guys... They are amazing! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and knowledgeable. We walked away with a great car for a fantastic price. They made sure the car was in great running shape and safe. I highly recommend them.

I walked in there with my friend today to look at a Focus they had on their lot. It was way overpriced and didn't even have a working car battery in it! They wouldn't turn on any of the cars or even open the door on half of them. The owner didn't know the difference between which cars were manual or automatic. He looked at me up and down and told me I didn't look like the type of person who could afford a car right now. Wouldn't show me any of the cars I was interested in. Told me to take my boyfriends money and run because he will dump me within a year anyways. Even asked my friend if she would give me money without even looking at my credit application I did online!!! Totally disrespectful. Steer clear if you are a young female looking for a vehicle on your own. If you don't have a man with you they will treat you like crap.

Really abrasive owner. Also has a blue lives matter flag in the shop. But that's not why it's a 1 star situation. The guy is a jerk.

Went to buy a car in cash but I wanted to test drive it and explore my options and I was told I couldn t get in the car. I was told they were only excepting buyers only not knowing I was definitely interested in the car and I wanted to buy it. Was told shoppers can go to wegmans . Yea they lost a cash buy.

I recently bought a good car at a good price. Prior to picking up the car, the brakes were done and when I had an AC issue, I brought the car back and they fixed it. They sell good quality vehicles and stand behind them Highly recommend!

Sent my girlfriend to look at a focus, she left infuriated, the owner sat her down and told her that she "looked like the type that can't afford much" and went on to insult her to her face. Then went on to tell her that their own mechanics More

DO NOT PURCHASE FOR THIS PLACE!!! My daughter purchased a Honda CRV from Bobby and was told that he would fix the driver's front tire and the wiper motor. Well, we picked up the vehicle and the tire goes soft and needs to be filled every other day and the wiper motor doesn't work (she realized that it was never fixed when it rained). We had to keep after him for 3 weeks to get these repaired. We had to leave the vehicle Sunday at a sketchy looking repair facility and picked it up Monday. The wiper motor seems to be ok, however the tire is still leaking. Bobby told us that the tire sensors are unreliable. BS. We called repeatedly about the tire, left messages, to no avail. We finally gave up and went to a reputable mechanic. The tire had a slow leak in the outside edge. What confounds me is how they can check the tires and not find this! Do youself a favor and go to a reutable car dealer, that's affliated with a reputable mechanic.
