We came just for dessert in the hotel restaurant. First, we came here and we were told that they do not offer WiFi for non hotel residents. We ordered the plate with brownie. The dessert where the brownie was the highlight included something that should not be allowed to be called a brownie, not even a chocolate cake. From the outside the plate looks amazing though.
The hotel looks amazing but did not allow us WiFi access, and this is not acceptable for a luxury hotel.

Newly renovated hotel even though older than 25 years. Excellent service and amazing foods. Great luxurious pool with kids pool. Stylish bar and fantastic gorgeous lobby.

Rajputana hotel is located near Railway station jaipur entry to jaipur for people coming by train .good ambience with comfortable rooms and conference and banquet hall. Food is good specially Continental.
Sufficient parking. Market is easy approachable.

It's Royal. It's superb and having super ambience. Good staff and good food. Enjoyed breakfast with natural juice.

Just checked in to my suite and it s covered in bird feces and festers.

What a nice place to be! We went to the Jal Mahal Restaurant for dinner buffet. Had an awesome time with their nice ambiance and delicious food.

Service was very bad at the reception.would expect a good response at check-in ...which was very bad.

My first visit to this beautiful property, located near the railway station in Jaipur. As you enter, the hotel lobby gives you a grand feeling and the staff at the reception is so warm and courteous.
The food and arrangement for sanitisation is the best i have ever seen in any hotel chain. Every single cutlery/plate was separately packed which provided the extra assurance to us.

Me and my wife were most impressed by the exemplary service. Each of our request was catered with a quick turnaround time.
Being newly married, we also got special treatment such as a complimentary room upgrade, cake etc.

I would like to mention Manoj s name who took amazing pictures of us. I have never seen any hotel staff being assigned a duty just to click pictures of the guests or take care of them in every possible way.

Only thing as a point of improvement would be , to maintain the property from outside as it gives a feeling it has not been renovated from quite sometime.

Visited Jaipur for an organizational offsite last week and were put up in ITC Rajputana, with Jal Mahal as our go-to place for breakfast & dinner on several occasions.

Loved the place, the grandeur, the food, the service & hospitality. At first, one is certainly awed by the royalty & taste, with which the place has been crafted. The fine marble flooring, the marble inlay work on the walls, the magnificent chandelier, the exquisite wooden furniture, and even the intricate detailing like the fine selection of table cloth, napkins, crockery & cutlery - everything is well deserving of admiration.



Loved the place and would surely recommend a visit, especially if you are staying in ITC Rajputana !

Beautiful property, however the air conditioning was not working in our room, and even with repeated requests to fix, they did not take care of it during our two night stay. Recommend looking at other properties.

I will give it a 4 star. I did an event here and I found that the banquet staff is really supportive and polite. Will also appreciate the work done by IT team, they're available at one call and given solutions to all my queries. Food was nice and rooms are comfortable.

I love stay in hotal and the facilities and hospitality provided by mrs tandan aditi is beyond imagination love to come again.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel! It is a great location in Jaipur so you can get to many attractions very easily. The food at the restaurants was great. The breakfast was just barre-none! Definitely get the breakfast included.
The rooms were really striking. The ornateness of the plumbing in the bathrooms was just one of the small things that separates this from everywhere else. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. Great views over the pool and courtyard areas. The staff was just amazing. You can tell they genuinely want you to have an amazing stay. This sets the standard for the ITC brand!

Amazing Hotel. Great Service. Food was great, especially the Breakfast buffet and the dinner at Peshawari.

I asked the senior guard about the room price one month ago in feb 2017,he told me that it starts from rs18000,i further asked whether the charges are same for indians and foreigners then he rudely replied "go ahead".. i didnt expected that type of behaviour

Located near the railway station and the metro line. Lobby is impressive, rooms are good, buffet is with lot of choices. Parking for cars only. If a foreigner is staying here then except the rly station, nothing else to walk to.
