If there was a 10 star rating, I would have definitely given it to this place. Huge, super neat and clean, amazing food, polite and courteous staff were the highlights.

Loved It, it was easy to locate cause it's near to railway station, the view, facilities, rooms all were awesome

This is one of the best hotels of ITC. The hotel is well built and maintained. The staff is active and friendly. They have great food and service as well.
We went there to meet our friends, no experience on room service. But, my friend was very happy with hotel room and their service.
The hotel is very beautiful in itself and goes well with the Jaipur - the pink city.

Situated in the heart of the city and close to the railway station, it surely is a good choice by location. Good Rooms with lot of space, food is also good but a scope of improvement do exists

Best hotel for every gests Indian and forgine people. Clean and neat room. Best dinner, lunch etc. But some high price.

My stay here is coming to an end and do not feel like going back.
Reasons for me loving this place are numerous. However let me share a few here.
All hotels are made of brick and mortar but they are actually made worth their while due to the women and men serving and managing them. ITC Rajputana is a superlative example of this.
People i have immense pleasure mentioning are Dhruv, a young smart, energetic guy who tirelessly makes sure that we are happy and comfy. He is GM in the making.
Mahipal the sweet and diligent boy who is oh so helping and polite. He knows the city very well and helped us plan our itenary.
The Chef Navneet for making sure that my 5 year old boy doesn't starve due to his unique food habits. The kitchen staff is not only competent but also very informed, cordial and welcoming. Chef Navneet salutes to you and your entire team.
Mahendra at Jharokha not only serves delectable cocktails but also does it with a smile that takes away half your stess with it. Penicillin is his signature cocktail. Do try it.
Amit who croons such melodious songs at Sheeshmehal. Whatte a talent. I beatboxed with albeit shortly. Would love to jam with him more but kids aren't allowed there and i can't be there alone for long.
Aditya, the lifeguard who means his business by keeping a hawkeye on kids and elders alike. Ensures swimming pool compliance diligently.
Gunjan for aprising me of all the facilities for the kids over the phone in detail even before i arrived.
The hotel is situated at the heart of Jaipur i would say thereby allowing easy access to all the shopping areas.
I left my camera battery charger back at home Mahipal and his team went out of their way to find me one from the local vendor.
Top Class Service exemplified by never tiring spirit and an ever ready Namste.
I too started practising Namaste to all at hotel and outside. It truly humbles the giver and the reciever. A true blue Indian tradition.

Luxurious hotel, situated in vast area, interior is royal, food is gud, loved to be there

Although I was only having dinner, the entrance is spectacular. A white marble fountain, an impressive dining room, in short, very elegant. I guess the rooms will be spectacular. The only clean and beautiful thing I saw on my visit to India.

A luxury 5 star hotel with great food at Peshawar I restaurant

It's super cute the only thing would be that the rooms are very far away and you have to walk a lot. The attention is good but a little exasperating the one who cleans the rooms arrives in the worst moments and you see that he wants to tip all the time.

It was a great stay and again wonderful lobby and ambience . The room was good . Breakfast was having good options and good food .But we experienced the same issue which we faced in ITC Mughal . Room view was not good at all an it was in a corner next to the road even though hotel has high walls . Because of this the stay was little disappointing

The food quality and experience is outstanding. Number of choices for restaurants and drinks are many. Always a pleasure visiting this place
