ITC Maurya Sheraton & towers Hotel, New Delhi Review

Wonderful experience. Really luxurious stay. Dinner at Bukhara was just mouthwatering. Breakfast & lunch at The Pavilion was also delicious with a good buffet spread.

Despite the congested and difficult approach and the tedious security before entering, the hotel lives up to its reputation as a grand destination in Delhi.
Two great restaurants worth mention are Dum Pokt and Bukhara, both excellent in their cuisines.
Dum Pokt offers excellent Mughlai cuisine. The biryani and kababs are excellent.

Near to Airport. Located in posh and silent area. One of the best hotel in Delhi in 5 star category

I was there for brunch with a few friends at the Ottimo. Its a great place to be, and the food is exquisite. There's an decent variety of cheese, meat and sea food. The bar also serves an extensive variety of drinks and cocktails. Overall a wonderful experience.

It's one of the finest property's in Delhi. From staff to services everything is up to the mark. Property is beautifully decorated by the renowned artist work in form of paintings or sculptures. Lobby to rooms all are perfectly maintained with perfectly balanced comfortable furniture. Nice open space and equipped with all the amenities you require for a pleasurable stay.

Really frustrating experience over something very minor. Hotel is listed as participating property in Marriott's dining promotion that gives Platinum members 20% off their bill. They knew nothing about it and I had to explain myself and pull up the promotion on my phone to five or six people before a manager tried to tell me they weren't actually participating. They claimed they are a franchise hotel but their name is clearly on the site!

I wasted so much time fighting for this simple discount. It is clearly their error for allowing themselves to be listed on this site, not mine.

Visited Bukhara after ages and unfortunately now the food is just OKAY. I think the hyper supercedes the reality.

worst experience in 20 years of coming here all old staff gone replaced with new arrogant staff , service have been pathetic asked for a birthday. Cake and these guys can't even deliver the same on time

Today gone after a gap of 5yrs after my accident I'm not regular to this wonderful property as earlier 5 times a month till continue 12yrs from yr 2000 till 2012 many childhood memories are attached with beauty full five star hotel in the heart of the city . I tried all most all dining restaurants including golf bar Dublin Pavilion dam pukt Bukhara n also stays in this hotel many times n celebrate many family functions n birthdays of our entire family members many times uncountable serious as I came here today feel alive n retouched all memories with little bit changes rest nothing change nor the old staff on higher post in restaurants with warm hospitality still won my heart again n will again continue my visits as earlier times now I'm fit n fine

Wonderful place, very regal and friendly. Of course, it s more likely to say so about the people who work there, because despite the high level of service and splendor , people there are very simple and decent, they don t know the word no , they always do everything on time and at the highest level

I stayed here for a week (Institutional Quarantine).The rooms are very hygienic. The food was great and special attention was given by Ms Neha from Front Office.
The hospitality was beyond exceptional, starting from the arrival .Overall ,the experience was really safe post lockdown situation. Proper sanitization was done at all times and all precautionary measures were taken by the hotel property. Staff were always available to help and assist.
