Comfortable rooms but don't expect any recognition for loyalty.

Everything is nice here came for a meeting. Ambience, food, coffee, staff is courteous. Only thing that bugged me was accessing computer at the business centre.

ITC Maurya is one of the best hotels in Delhi I Love to go to the hotel.

The very best hotel of city of capital of new Delhi. It's renowned for hosting celebrities including the heads of the states. The restaurants of this hotel are excellent for hygienic and classic food.

Fabulous environment, proactive staff, express services. A great place to stay and to have leisure time in New Delhi.

Celebrated 2nd Anniversary at Dumpukt with parents. Great food with royal experience.

We had a quick weekend staycation to celebrate my wife's birthday (albeit belated). The outcome was thoroughly enjoyable. The checkin was quick and efficient. The guest services, room service and housekeeping staff were professional, courteous and accommodating. We got an upgrade and a lush green view of the main lawn and in the direction of Buddha Jayanti Park. The gesture was highly appreciated. The room was small but clean and very well stocked with all the amenities expected of a high end 5 star hotel. Our daughter was not keeping well, so we kept inside and unfortunately couldn't check out their legendary restaurants (rain check), however the room service food (hygiene, quality and portion size) was highly satisfactory.

Overall, we loved it and would come back again.

My wife and I struggled differentiating between the various lodging options for our 5-day stay in Delhi. Fortunately, we opted to stay at ITC in an ITC One room, which was hands down one of the nicest rooms we ve stayed in anywhere. The service across ALL hotel staff was impressive. No matter who it was, every ITC Maurya staff member we came across would stop to say Namaste and if we had any questions/concerns, they were quick to help us find an answer.

After a busy day touring a smoggy and hectic Delhi or taking a day trip to see the Taj Mahal, it was essential for us to get rested in the evening, which was incredibly easy to do within the luxury and comforts of this hotel. The linens and bed were really lovely as were all the little things around the room (teas, biscuits, water bottles, toiletry items, etc). It was never hard to fall asleep in that bed. It was much harder to get OUT of bed, given how comfortable it was.

Aside from our spacious and tidy room, we were blown away by the service of the front desk. In particular, Geetanshu was incredibly patient with us while we checked into the hotel after 24-hours of travel. Additionally, he always seemed to greet us with a smile and a positive attitude every day we saw him.

Lastly, make sure to grab breakfast at the Pavilion. They have a fantastic spread of Indian and western dishes that are so delicious. And, similar to the rest of the hotel, the service is consistently top-notch.

I really hope we have the pleasure to visit ITC Maurya in the future!

Just went there for dinner at bukhara their fame restaurant and everything Was as expected... Including food quality... Ambience... Presentation.. And overall service

ITC Maurya is a legendary starred hotel located on SP Marg New Delhi. Property has very well appointed rooms and suits. Hotel offers all amenities and facilities true it's name and reputation. It has multicusine restaurants and coffee shop. Good variety menus and good quality is assured. Service takes little time. Staff is very helpful and be assured of service with smile. Parking facility available. Enjoy your stay.

World class facilities available for affordable prices

Good hotel but the wifi is expensive. The staff was not very friendly when i asked for complementary wifi. Not recommended.

We used most of the ditches we had with Indian companies and had good service

Waiting at the porch for your car was endless. Waited 45 mins and ultimately walked to the exit gate to reach the car. Otherwise awesome

The place where Heads Of State stay, ITC Maurya is a great venue for staying, eating or having a function. Bukhara is world famous, worth a try atleast once.
