ITC Maurya Sheraton & towers Hotel, New Delhi Review

It's an alright place certainly not great but not bad either. Their food service is just not there yet with the level of greats.

Not at 5 star standards based on my experience. Run down rooms, inconsistent staff, sloppiness in processes, surprising choices (no bottled water served at breakfast), and just ok breakfast. I wouldn't return.

Staying at the ITC, I came down with a horrible head cold and stuffy nose. I wasn't feeling up to leaving the room so ordered delicious Indian food for room service. The man who brought the food, Vinooth (forgive my poor spelling), saw that I was sick and came back to the room with a pot of hot water with lemon, honey, and black pepper to help my cold. It was so kind of him, and I am very grateful. That act of kindness has made me a complete devotee to this hotel; I will be back again.

It's a nice place with good ambience and is well maintained if service could be faster it would be nice...

Beautiful hotel. Lovely service. Very comfortable rooms. Love the food at Bukhara. It's everything you'd expect out of an Indian luxury hotel.

Haven't stayed this is regarding a hosted dinner. Food was incredible specially non vegetarian with ample variety. Staff was delightful and amenable and so was ambience of the hall. Overall an iconic property exuding luxury in each step with premium location in Delhi.

Went to Bukhara, food is nice but nowhere close to what it was few years ago

Excellent hotel. The only negative is that the windows in the room do not open, so you can not ventilate, and the air conditioning is centralized, it barely blows.

In the price and standard of hotel the room was not that big and my room was in 28 floor but it was not on 28 story

As kids our parents used to take us to the Pavilion for the meals and were always fascinated with idea of staying here. The wish came true and the entire staff at the hotel did not leave any stone unturned to ensure that we have a memorable experience.

Special mention to Sidhartha Arya for a seamless check in process and handling our queries and all the last moment requests. Mr. Sandeep at the Towers Lounge for all the gracious hospitality and making sure that everyone in our family is looked after. The Breakfast at the Pavalion is to die for, it s lavish and wide variety of food to choose from. The F&B manager Mr. Lucky took good care of us and even went out of the way to get things which were not part of the spread.

We really loved the tea mugs in our room and wanted to buy them from the Souvenir shop, unfortunately the shop ran out of the stock. Miss Kanwaljeet made sure that we don t return home disappointed and managed to procure the same for us.

I would say it was an epitome of hospitality.

A memorable stay at the ITC Maurya! Thanks to Ms. Benita Sharma and her team this visit to New Delhi was spectacular The dinner at the Bukhara was a father-son event. The food is so good it is hard to describe. Attention to detail by Anoop and Aruninma was amazing. THANK YOU ITC Maurya team for taking care of us from the airport to the airport, including the hospitality at the lounge.

Itc Maurya is a good hotel and it's best for meeting and stay of country delicates . Location is also good because it is near to every embassy .
