Way overpriced food. Restaurant does not offer common food items early evening. Good ambience.

Love this hotel, it is one of my favorites now in Bengaluru. Great service, modern and fresh design and I love the welcome. Thanks for a wonderful stay Gardenia team! As a SPG Gold member this place makes me feel proud as an SPG member and to stay here. Would love the pool view so missed out on that one this visit!

Floor in room just creaks a bit but other than that it is pretty good!

The place is amazing. I happened to go for my meeting in the coffee shop. It's well set and the best part it costs as much as Starbucks.

ITC gardenia is our most favorite place for all our special occasions and each time we always have a warm and wonderful time with the ITC impeccable hospitality and verdant and charming surroundings .We celebrated one of our very special days in feb with a five course dinner at Ottimo! The spread was unique one of the best that we have had at any five star . Par excellence flavors and textures and they were served with utmost care and style . The crab ravioli was something to die for and so was the soup and seafood starters .. They also surprised us with a mousse cake which was lip smacking .We thank the entire team for treating us like bliss and we will cherish the memories we make here as a family

The restaurant here is too good and the food is superb. I tried some continental dishes and they all were too good. You will get some very good varieties of national and international food and you can also speak with the chef for any customized dish. Very good food and rich in taste.

Went to lotus and K n K. Very delicious food. And very warming hospitality.

Great place for a mini vacation even if you live in Bangalore and need a break. They have a huge variety of dining experience to handle most culinary quests! The upper crust is a nice hang out for evenings where they host you for snacks and beverages. The gym, pool and spa are extremely well placed- that give you your space and you take the day at your speed.

Try: Fabelle chocolates, Kaya Kalp the spa, cubbon pavilion for global food, and there are the Japanese, Italian and India Restuarant s.

At check in look for Vanshika, Harshita and Ariva to give you some great ideas. At the Upper Crust- Siva, Jojo and Ranish will be your best hosts.

At the spa, you could talk to Thomas for treatments.

Not to be missed.

A hotel with amazing ambience, polite and helpful staff. Restaurants are very good and worth a visit.

Was here for a 24-hour Hackathon,.
The arrangements were great even with what I think was more people than what they normally have.
The food was great.
The stay was good in general. However we were there for a competition where we were involved in computer programming for most of the time. The arrangements related to the competition (like power sockets for laptops) were good but could have been lot better.

Nice serene place. Cafe is good. Staff is very friendly and takes all the care needed. Just had some tea here. Won't be able to comment on the food and drinks.

Attended wedding reception of a high profile wedding on 2nd December . The place had quick entry while there was less space for taxis and cars..

The interior is very elegant and nice..Mysore hall was in the first floor and had good decoration. The reception also had a carnatic classical by Bombay Jayashree..

There was a separate dining hall and 3 different cuisines were setup. Southindian varieties were very good as well as desert options.

The place got congested for the peak time but was nice..

This review is for BANQUET Team only. Recently visited the hotel to take a look at the banquet options available. Have been talking to the team as well.. but I dropped by to take a look at the banquet without an appointment, that was my mistake, agreed.Clearly felt unwelcomed by the attitude of the person I spoke with. Booked the banquet with one of your competitor, nice way to lose a prospective customer.

We had our company anniversary function here at ITC gardenia for the second time. very nice place .food was good. Party was awesome.
