ITC Gardenia Review

Great place to host a party for a small group. I have tried their buffet . Good spread.Enjoyed it.

If there was one property that i would refer to a friend, without any doubt, this is going to be that.

Fabulous location, world class amenities combined with great hospitality

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. However, the door creeks, and I had problem with the TV. The staff was good at helping with that, though. I would also call out housekeeping for doing a great job. They figured out my needs quickly, and helped me a lot. Room was cleaned well, the room and bed is comfortable, and everything is beautiful. But what really makes this hotel, is the staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and should I need to go back to this part of town, I will probably come back.

Very centrally located but a very quiet place, ease of approach huge parking space are it's USP.
As per brand name really high end property. Overall great experience and they have maintained the quality consistently over years.

Among the best hotel in Bengaluru. The only other competitor is Ritz Carlton. The staff is super friendly and the room services are splendid. Most outward rooms have a nice big balcony.

Awesome place to stay, staff is very courteous, rooms are large and spacious, must try the dal bukhara and the sikandari raan at the kebabs and kurries restaurant.

Nice luxury hotel in the middle of the city. Food at Kebabs is very nice with some selection for vegetarians too

Great hotel with good variety of restaurants - Japanese, Italian, and international / India fare. Rooms are very modern with all the amenities.

Looks great as a 5 star hotel should look. If you are expecting a good spicy meal then you would be disappointed.

ITC gardenia has a complete package, they have a great infrastructure they are put up near to heart of the city it is convienient to reach anywhere in bangalore from ITC gardenia. When we entered a musician was playing his flute in the lobby, that was beautiful way to be welcomed ,the rooms are elegant seems to have a identity of there own, we got the rooms facing the kanteerva staxiun and cubbon park it is a good view of the city. The food served in restaurants something to be experienced and especially the buffets served at Cubbon pavillion resturant it's treat to your taste buddy's and visual treat as well to look at those deserts, the live music being played was just great they were really talented singers. The Lotus Pavilion resturant has a great healing touch a different experience it was. The employees were simply great. They have a great work ethics, had, all the patience to answer our queries everytime with a smile. Overall it was great experience of staying with ITC gardenia. I would definitely recommend it

It was a pleasure staying in itc property. Car goes right to the hotel and the their valet are happy to drive it to their parking for you. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.
I try the food and it was excellent and the restaurant looked quite nice . Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt.

An amazing place. The hospitality was impeccable. The whole place is beautiful. The view of the room with the pool and the city skyline was beatiful. I would totally recommend this place if you can afford it.

The facilities do not appear to be 5star standards. Also the feedback on the food is not really taken into consideration. We have been having meetings here for over a week now, but still no improvements. Not such a great experience.

Loved The Pavillion. Amazing food. We were lucky that Bora food festival was going on when we visited. Mind-blowing food and great experience.

Beautiful place you have to visit. The place is huuuuuuuge, the hotel is built in such a manner that it gives you that royal touch, very spacious. Food is good, the staff is polite and courteous, you will be mesmerized when you visit here. Very luxurious palace in the centre of the city.

We were at ITC for attending a wedding function. Well ITC maintains it's brand anywhere and everywhere. Food was decent, hotel is easily visible from the traffic.

One of the luxury hotel in Bangalore. It's a huge 5star property. The staff are very humble and nice . I been here for a education fair. Having very big banquet halls . Luxurious rooms and outstanding food.

Went to a wedding ceremony held at the Mysore hall of itc gardenia. The hall was big, well lit, spacious for approximately 150 guests. Service for snacks and drinks were continuous. Food was tasty, not heavily spiced. Well laid out. The waiters were courteous, not overworked, smiling and warm. The decor was adequate, not over the top. The hotel is one of it's kind due to it's ambience and high quality maintenance. Lovely place to host a lovely wedding for your daughter/ son. Lovely place to have a quiet brunch with your family and friends. Enjoy your time and have a great time.
