Italian Embassy in Bucharest Review

If someone asks for information to be able to return to Italy especially in this period and they refer you to the site that you don't understand much what you are doing there I don't know

Rudeness and inefficiency on the part of the young lady who answers the phone.

I am an Italian citizen who is in Bucharest and needs to repatriate. Following the lack of information from the consulate, I turned to the embassy which, with great rudeness, refused to help me saying that it is the consulate's job.
Despite reiterating that the consulate was unable to provide help and that they themselves directed me to the embassy, the young lady in question hung up the phone on my face.
Later I tried to call again, without any answer.

Great rude and incompetent during a period of crisis like this.

Always available nothing to do with my municipality of origin are only 5 stars I would have given 10

They have always been very kind when I spoke to them

This morning I called to have a telephone appointment with the ambassador, and the receptionist told me I should send an email. !
Too comfortable like that! Maybe you are wrong! You have to make Italians fall in love with vs. Good job! Take 30 minutes to slog the calls you receive, maybe it's not always the usual supposed pilgrims calling. I hope someone from the institutions read this message !! I think the switchboard operator can be outdone but a little metallic voice that says '' send an email for your every need is enough ''

Really rude the lady who answers the phone as well as giving incorrect information I am Italian and my wife and my two children are Romanian nationality and I was categorically told that I from Italy with my family cannot enter Romania with our car because I I'm not a resident. truly hallucinating because they do not bring people competent to give news they are paid by Italy for that very reason. and then update the embassy site better

The girl on the phone was unique and very thorough in giving answers to my questions. Thank you so much
