However, you can tell a lot about a company when a problem arises and unfortunately an instance of petty theft was not investigated by the company effectively (just talking "at length" with the sitter and a quick 5 minute phone call to me is hardly sufficient). I can only hope that those sitters are no longer used and that the female sitter concerned has received professional help for her problem.
