If I had the choice, I'd put 0 too!
Personally I found people rude and slacker!
And a month since I call the passport office every day from 12H to 13H or from 15H to 16h, they never reply to the phone and even allow themselves to attack you on the phone !! Left a message several times in the answering machine .. never had an answer !! And if all this were not enough, when I call the standard to ask for explanations, he replies "the telephone is just a method that gives us trouble" !!! scherziamooo?

3 of my e-mails received exhaustive replies over the following 24 hours; when I presented myself at the Consulate, I obtained the document I had requested within 15 minutes without any further complication.

I had a very quick and efficient service from the staff at this consulate. I followed the instructions given online for passport application, registered on the site and then applied for an appointment on the 6th July. The appointment given was for the 15th October at 4pm. I was seen on time andleft the consulate at 4.19 pm with my passport in hand. Amazing service, well done.

They hang up without saying goodbye.

After talking to the person responsible for issuing ID cards and explaining the urgency with which I needed the document, I was able to get my son's first ID card within a reasonable time. In total, it took more than 2 months, definitely too much, but for the kindness of the employees with whom I had the pleasure of speaking and for the short time following my reminder, I raise my rating to 3 stars.

Very difficult to reach by phone as they are very busy and with a few people due to the COVID emergency, by email they have been punctual, timely in their responses and precise in their indications. Passport of my three year old son renewed with appointment (punctual), without his presence thanks to the authentication of the photo taken in Mairie on their advice (they saved him two hours by car on the way and two on the return) and with extreme kindness. Thanks!
