I edit the review after receiving the ID card. The first review is at the bottom of the post.
After talking to the person responsible for issuing ID cards and explaining the urgency with which I needed the document, I was able to get my son's first ID card within a reasonable time. In total, it took more than 2 months, definitely too much, but for the kindness of the employees with whom I had the pleasure of speaking and for the short time following my reminder, I raise my rating to 3 stars.

First version
It has already been a month and a half since I sent the documents for the request for my son's first identity card (born in March) and not only have I not received it yet, but to the registry office of the municipality of AIRE registration (Turin) they told us that the request for no impediment has even arrived. If I try to ask the Lyon consulate for clarification, they tell me that the manager is absent. Are they trying to tell us that our son is not welcome in Italy? We will spend the holidays in France ..
