Very rude and disorganized!

Very rude and disorganized!
I call a number and they tell me to call another number after half an hour.
They hang up without saying goodbye.
Recall the other number and the lady, very annoyed, tells me that there was the public to call back later. Disrespectful!
Then we are surprised by the opinion they have of Italians abroad
