IT360 is the outsourced IT Management service for my employer. When I first started working with my employer, I was apprehensive about not having an in-house IT department to lean on at a momements notice, in order to bail me out of seemily catastrophic situation that always seem to rear their ugly heads when you are on a tight deadline and its the 12th hour.
