Less career growth Nothing much to learn. There is no respect for new comers and the fresh perspective that they bring in. Highering employee on C to H in Pune but not higering on own payroll ,just use and throw in 3 month. C to H emp doesn't have any singal leave even no any pf,medical benefit,Just using another developer help purpose. If you don't have project then tell contract employee atleast one month before or if you not capable to take on own payroll then don't higher C to H ,higher only Contract. don't play with employee career.
