I had contracted their services and when my card expired I tried to contact them by various means to change the payment method without success (it is very difficult to contact them the Spanish customer service department is terrible), they immediately blocked my services and I thought that my business relationship with them had ended.

Now after almost a year they send me a company to collect bad debts, they want to charge me every month that I have had the service blocked and they do not agree with that they tell me that each month another monthly fee + interest is added to those they claim. crazy? Do I have to pay for services that I have not received? seriously?
This cannot be legal.

I am totally unimpressed by this company. My husband signed up to this service in May last year.. They say that you are not allowed to cancel and continue to take money from your account even though you have expressed a wish to cancel. They are completely unethical. I have never known a "subscription" service to FORCE you to pay when you no longer want to use their service and even go as far as to threaten you with a debt recovery agency. Please stay away from this company. They are not legit, and their operations are unethical.
