Lots of renovating, remodeling. Some amenities no longer available Swimming pool closed, heater out.

After caesars acquisition the casino isn't the same

There was a spoon and fork under the chair in the room and when we checked out got in the car and found 2 bed bugs on my clothes

Ate dinner at the buffet on Thursday was good food and then walked around the Casino.

Points!!!Food was very good But your slots were bad !!!!!!! COULD not get any points or Bonuses

The new card program took me by surprise. Made out on the slot machine winning $200.

I put $5 in a slot machine, got $22 out. Seems pretty decent.

It's too bad that they can't get a chef in this place. Most of their invite promotion buffets, and dinners are made so far in advance, they're cold and dried up when guest arrive. So tired of cold food at this place. Hear so many complaints, and so much food is wasted. Don't they have a clue?

Wonderful experience all around. From the moment we arrived everything was exceptional. The valet was professional. The front desk took care of all our check in needs and made sure we were informed of all the property had to offer. Room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurant and staff were great. Casino staff was very helpful. We will be back again!

Very smokey as one can smoke through out the whole building except for one little area in the far back of the casino. You must go though all of that smoke to get to the very tiny non smoking area. One would think it would be non smoking first .also can the place spare the room so few machines in non smoking

Hate this place. It is a joke. They have the tightest pockets ever. You think theyd have made there loan off to build the place and started being more rewarding. Screw that place do not waste your time.

Great Bar would be a better casino if your drinks were free like they are in other states

I really need to call 1-800-bets-off because I love this casino so much. I just never seem to win when I use my player card which sucks.

Great atmosphere great staff great games. The only issue I had was not enough gambling tables open, but that just might have been the time I was there

Always up to date slots, spacious, food is great, rooms are standard.

We went to the Isle for brunch on Sunday and it was better than most experiences we've had there...will definitely go again!

The hotel was okay. The beds didnt have comforters so it was kind of uncomfortable to sleep there. Unsure if the front desk as more blankets for you, I should've asked. The hotel also doesnt have room service. There are a few restaurants on the first floor you can go to and bring the food up to your room, however it is fairly inconvenient. Additionally, the burger I ordered from one of said restaurants was very under cooked and I was unimpressed. Also I must add that the entire hotel had a hint of smoke in the air, due to it being a casino and all. I did enjoy the event I was at. I attended a wedding anniversary of a family friend and enjoyed the food the brought and the room it was in was nice. I'd say it was an average hotel experiance.

I'm currently standing at the bar (Feb. 26th @ 10:30pm) and it is near impossible to get a beer. The bartender has absolutely no idea what's going on. A group of guys next to me are also waiting for beers. I would like to meet the Yahoo's that are in charge of the hiring. Incompetent corporate monkeys.

Everything was nice and the front desk personnel were pleasant

I stopped in played for about an hour,I won a little, and left. I have no complaint . the staff all seemed very friendly, and courteous.

Nice amenities. Good slots, but not much payoffs. Will visit again.

Breakfast at the Farmers market was tasty and a good value.

We went to the buffet and it was amazing. Great prices great food and great wait staff. Overall a A+ experience.

The burger restaurant there is pretty good. But overall the casino is a bit subpar. They took out Roulette to add the new sports book. The table games were all gimics, there were no straight up tables like regular Black Jack, 3 card poker, Let It Ride, etc. Tons of penny slots if you're into that.

Everytime I go to the Isle I end up donating my money to this casino. The slot machines do not even pay out enough for a person to continue to play on. I went this evening thinking I would give it another try, same thing after even trying different tactics to spin the machines. I will not be returning for quite a while, if ever as well as telling my friends how tight the machines are.

I love to say that that food was great .. its a nice place to be ..

NEVER win anything regardless of how much you spend playing.

Payout is not good, needs larger no smoking area or different entrance to keep you out of the smoking. Needs better ventilation for smoke to exit so you don't smell like a cigarette when you get home.

Overall was in decent shape several areas under construction..Volumes on several machines wasn't working, very annoying in an already loud place.

It was amazing they called my name for the drawing and i won 600 dollars and 50 dollars fan play

The room was alright. Not dirty, but not particularly clean. Nothing exceptional about the experience overall.

Not enough tables for table games. Roulette is now computerized and it's a total scam. Multiple occasions I've seen the roulette wheel hit more than 12 black numbers in a row. Expensive drinks.

Pretty small casino, but has all the standard games.

Very clean rooms and excellent service. We also ate at the buffet and the food was wonderful. We will definitely be going back soon.

Otis & Henry's Steakhouse inside the casino was good. Not alot of choices other than steak. However Steven the sever, had excellent service!! He's personality was grand! That's what made the evening perfect. Go see him!

Brew Brothers is an awesome restaurant omg they're food is amazing

The casino and pool area are both very good. The rooms and service are the best in the area.

Ate at Brews Brothers tonight( because the buffet was closed...AGAIN) !!
We ordered a tenderloin and fush n Chips. 50 minutes later we got our meal ! My fish was not done. I understand things happen, and the waittress was cool, but there was no compensation. Pretty disappointed in Waterloo right now.

Large room and bathroom, but the tiniest TV, hard mattress, and lackluster bedding.

Come for the food all the restaurants here are great never had a problem as for the gaming floor it has its ups and downs never really won much here but hey thats how it gose when gambling

Very clean rooms and good beds. Nice quiet little casino with great table minimums. The bad thing is the out-of-control kids that they allowed to climb into the jacuzzi and jumps from there into the swimming pool. Someone should be there keeping watch over these kids. One of these days someone's going to crack their skull jumping like this and end up dead and then when they get sued their policies will change

By far the tightest casino I've ever been to. Keep ur money, and don't walk in the door!

Hotel itself was good. The individual at the front desk was not very welcoming upon are arrival. Casino staff were much nicer and informative.

Our kids and I love the buffet. Great food and great desserts! The staff is always friendly ad well!

Very nice establishment. The casino is clean and well ventilated as well. The buffet on the other hand was terrible and borderline inedible. It was around 6pm so it sould have been up to standard. With that being said, I would most definitely go again and would try the buffet only because management gave us a full refund and was sincerely apologetic.

It is a great place to stay it was nice to be so close to the waterpark :)

Want to win more but that's gambling, always new machines to play.

Very easy to get to. Has delicious food and awesome service.
