Isle Casino Hotel Review

Had a great time and very nice room except for you can hear alot of noise and conversation from the hallway.

Great place to stay. Wonderful room, great food, kind service, and the casino isn't bad.

The service was absolutely amazing. It was definitely a fun weekend getaway.

Ok for gambling but the bartenders were HORRIBLE. We waited 15 minutes for one to even notice us standing at the bar and when she did we already gave up and left.

Food is good, but we are spoiled by going to Illinois where there is no smoking.

Gamble at the casino and had a lot of fun,and even won some money.

Super tight slots! Won nothing! Points value were changed from last visit.

Everyone from our bar tender Shane at Brew Brothers to Chris the Blackjack dealer were super friendly!! The prime rib French dip was delicious!!

The place is nice, everything is great, i love their rooms, the casino is huge, and their food is great. There is also a waterpark that is amazing to.

The worst casino there is. You can't win anything. I will never go back.

Visited the casino last Friday, you had a staff member out between the entrance and the bar area selling beer. Staff had placed an electrical cord across the floor without any warning to customers. I did not notice it until I FELL!!! Do you people even think of safety of your customers or only the $$$$ !

Tons of pros considering the hotel. Value of the rooms with coupons are great. Love the location, it's like a sanctuary in the middle of nowhere. Good food options with a decent price. Staff is attentive. Area surrounding the pool was very slippery and was filed with lots of lots children though. As for the casino, lots of great variety of table games in the casino and many slot options as well. The air in the casino isn't very clean though, I've been to a few others that seem to circulate the air much better.

Room prices are good, and the rooms themselves are nice. Casino is one of the best ones I've ever been in. It's not huge, but they still have a great selection, table games, and the casino floor is actually nice unlike most other casinos

Nice hotel. Love to bring my daughter here with a group of friends for the pool. Rooms are well-appointed with nice amenities. Pool is great, hot tub even better!

They claim to be a resort but it is sorely lacking in resort amenities. The pool area is underwhelming and very grimy around the waters edge. The hot tub jet timer only lasts for about 5 minutes so you have to keep getting out to push the button. We got a junior suite and it was not much larger than a regular room at other newer hotels(hence the "junior" I guess). The big thing that gets me is that everything is listed as a resort or resort style and as far as I can tell the only thing Isle has in common with a resort is the additional fees they charge once you check in. Be upfront, be transparent, be better.

Nice casino , thankful there is a non-smoking section. Fountain drinks and coffee is free. If your a non smoker and a female you may want to put your hair up in a bun prior to entering the casino. The smoke permeates your clothing.

I've been to a couple of these casinos and haven't done good at either one.

Beer, drinks and food were good but lost my butt gambling.

We were very comfortable. Quiet room and great bathroom. The disappointment was that there was no microwave to warm up our coffee or food. Other than that no complaints.

I just ate there. The people there are great. But it is pretty pricey, the reason why I'm complaining about that is because the food isn't all that. I'd rate it a 7 out of 10.

Well, it's a casino so money wise, the odds are in their favor. All in all, the employees and other people gaming are very polite and helpful. The dealers will help you and give you advice to help you if your unsure about your hand.

You can usually find slots that will let you play for awhile.

I was treaded so so rude and i felt very disrespected. I first time i have ever been to the state and casino one of the security guards walked up to me 5 min after i got there and accused me of steeling from I dont know who and said he was watching me i felt so embarrassed I just left. Please get your people/facts stairt before run off honest folk.

There is a great Casino and you can eat a really good food.

We ate at the Steakhouse which had delicious, moderately priced food with great service.

Used to work here 10 years ago, great casino, lots of variety, friendly people... Buffet good could be a bit better but it's still pretty good

Decent price, Very nice room. Good Service. I liked that they called to ask if i liked the room soon after i arrived in my room. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a couple of things that could have been improved. The safe in my room didn't work. Not a big deal but i could have made use of it. My TV seemed to have a brightness issue. It was still watchable but very dim. Finally, the distance from the parking lot to the lobby was a bit further than i would have liked (especially when it was raining.) They have up from parking for high rollers and top tier loyalty members. It would have been nice if hotel guests also had access to that lot. I could have used the valet parking to solve this problem but i don't like other people driving my vehicle and i'm cheap. Overall it was a very nice room. quiet, well lit parking. I would stay again.

I loved this place because there was a water park very close by and an astonishing restaurant called Lone Wolf in the lobby.

Need cheaper rates for new members on rooms so they can gamble more.

I have never seen such terrible valet service in my life we were the only people waiting for our car I think 10 minutes is a little long I went to there shack there in there eating and said some smart remark . Train your people to be respective and at least close door not take tip and run.

It was a very upsetting end to the evening. Security guard Greg, came out of nowhere accusing me of having alcohol in a coffee mug. He came at me three times saying he needs my mug which had black coffee in it. To say this was unprofessional would be an understatement. The waitress delivered my coffee and I had been not moved anywhere while playing a table game. The dealer vouchered for me and the supervisors were no help. What a very sad situation.
