I work there, and people are fantastic. The company produces quality motorized sweepers and is the industry leader.
Purchased the pb55 ground sweeper from the concessionaire To clean in Rome. Used 5 times, it stopped working. Brought to service, they say they replaced the engine due to a defect and they had to bring it to Honda. Used 5 more times, however, always with ignition problems, it stopped working again. Every time 2/3 hours to get it started. I gave up, bad sweeper and disastrous assistance is more the damage of the lack of work than the cost of the sweeper. Now the guys are working with 150 euro manual sweepers. It is to think that the same engine that we have on gardening equipment starts at the first stroke after 10 years.
