Lovely place for a relaxing weekend with no technology or tv in the room, this is something you don't find in the big chains.
Everything is within walking distance. The Pope Tavern that is part of this inn is small and intimate without being pretentious. They offer a free breakfast in the mornings and they are mindful of the guests and dietary restrictions. The breakfast the days I was there was ok. The last day we had a quiche that had to much cumin which for myself left me to eat the burnt bacon and fruit. The owners appear to be pleasant it was clear they were aquatinted with the other quests which made it uncomfortable for me because I felt I was eavesdropping on a private conversation. I would definitely go backt, the positives for me outweigh the negatives.

The hosts of this Inn think of everything and are so friendly. It is like visiting family but plenty of freedom to relax and explore the area. The Chef makes amazing home-cooked meals. As a busy casting director for film and television, I cherish the time to relax and breathe in the fresh air. Highly recommend. Great value too.

A very beautiful place, small & clean. It is old therefore no elevators. If you have a big travel bag it is difficult to go all the way to the 3rd floor.

The rooms are spacious and look elegant. The bed is rather comfortable they have detachable head board which makes noise at slightest turn on bed. The conditioner is loud and when switched off you can hear your neighbours .

The food & drinks are rather costly from $ 24 upwards. Decent breakfast & friendly staff.

A very lovely and homey inn. We came down for the weekend for a wedding. Our stay was right after the new owners moved in so while it was a little messy, the new owners were very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was included and the food was great! I would love to go down again for a weekend getaway when they are fully open with the restaurant and bar up and running.

Close to our Marina! Wonderful continental breakfasts. Most pleasant staff, especially Bella.
