Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas Reviews

Ive been here several times- usually for scrapbooking events.
This time for the Wellness Expo, where I got my Aura photo taken by Miracles of Joy exhibitors (awesome metaphysical store located in Lewisville, TX)
The exbibit halls are large so they were able to spread out for social distancing. The place is always very clean & the staff friendly.
It's modern innovative design always reminds me of the giant Sandcrawler vehicle used by the little cloaked scavenger guys in the first Star Wars movie. It never fails to make me smile at that memory.

I parked in the convention parking, went down the elevators to the first floor, went out the exit and found myself behind the convention center. There was a locked fence on the left and had to traverse almost a block to the right to get to the front. Ugh!

We visited the Irving Convention Center for a major event supporting my sorority. We arrived and were directed to a parking garage across the street. Parking was free for our event and we were guided across the street to our event.

Once inside, I noticed that the facility was clean and well kept. Security was stationed throughout the venue and the elevators worked well. Our meeting room was gorgeous and the serving staff was very friendly. I am so glad that we used this venue for our event!

We attended a gala here. The food is always amazing. The staff are very attentive. They need to learn to serve from the left and take dishes from the right. It helps the diner know what to expect when they can't see what is happening behind them. It's a beautiful venue.

This is a great place with a lot of space as well as parking. There were a few restaurants close by and there are also hotels nearby.

There are 4 storeys that are easily accessible by elevators and escalators. The restrooms are nice and clean, however they were very small, smaller than other convention centers. I always wish convention center restrooms were bigger. At least there were two other restrooms on the same floor.

Overall, good place, the event workers were good and it was clean.

Need sound dampening in the ceiling to control echo. The need to manage the sound volume better. The decibels was close to the max allowed.

Parking was convenient but expensive. Restrooms were clean and managed well.

The building was very clean. And I felt very safe with all the hand sanitizer stations then people wearing masks.

Was here at a marketing conference and the place was spacious and very nice. They offered to hold my coat as it was cold, and I had a blast here. There were 4 levels of places to go and the food court was awesome. Will be looking forward to go back next year to the Dallas Digital Summit.
