My family and I tried to get my grandma admitted into their facility. Staff were very rude. Especially management on business end , Sandy in particular. She insinuated that my family and I would not be able to pay for services, which is not the case at all. Not sure how she came to this conclusion but don t appreciate the remarks or assumption. Sandy lied about pre authorization saying that we had to go through the hospital however that was not the case and it was actually through her that we needed to go through. We called her back to try to get clarity and work out the details but she refused our calls. We called again this morning and were informed that my grandmother s case was some how closed . We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service on the business end. The last thing a family needs when having to make tough decisions in regards to a love ones care, is incompetence and rudeness of staff. Did not appreciate being given the run around.

Recently had a relative here for rehab. Never again. I wouldn't put a sick dog in this place. ESPECIALLY the 2nd floor. Nurse manager doesn't return calls, aides are careless and lazy af. They don't ensure people eat, they don't turn and position to PREVENT pressure sores. They put briefs on people that don't need them, so they won't have to actually take the person to the bathroom. Horrible care provided. Bunch of lazy b------s.

I broke my hip and needed to rehab at a short term care facility. I mistakenly took the advice at Upstate to go to Iriquos. little did I know that Lisa and Alicia had abdicated control of the whole floor to a loud, aggressive psychotic who was allowed to go up and down the hall yelling loudly and aggressively into each room sometimes opening closed doors to do so and on one occasion he even entered my room. I complained numerous times to the Administration and they were full of excuses and refused to do anything. If anything they encouraged him. It had a significant negative impact on my mental health but they didn't care. Don't ever go there. The inmates are running the Asylum

Iroquois has a secured memory care unit and that's where Mom was. The staff did a great job with her when her Alzheimer s disease became too difficult for the family to manage. All staff members, from the very top management to the housekeepers, took very good care of mom. God bless the staff at Iroquois for doing the tough job that even family members could not do.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at Iroquois nursing home for rehab after knee replacement surgery. There were a few bumps in the road but overall I was very satisfied. Don t look for help near a shift change. You will have a long wait.
Food was iffy. Had a few great meals and more meals that I had to choose a substitute for. However I was very impressed with all of the staff. All of the nursing staff, the physical and occupational therapists, social workers, and activity people were unfailingly kind and compassionate. I felt like I got excellent care and would consider staying there again if need be.

My sister-in-law is to be getting rehab for a broken femur bone in 3 different places. She also has MS and is a diabetic. I have never seen a place so poorly ran in my life. She is in a MS flare do to the fall and is Incontinent as a result. She has had to wait up to seven hours in a dirty wet depends for an aide to change her. She has not had her hair washed in over a month. The food is not edible! One meal for example was a dinner plate of Lima beans and nothing else. I will turn them into the BBB. This facility needs to be shut down.

I worked here for a short period of time and it was horrendous. Very rude co workers. Nurses who were utterly rude to aides and residents. Cleaning staff not properly doing their jobs and making new residents wait in the hallway for a clean room. Management is extremely rude. Resident will go hours without being changed or repositioned. I had a resident who sat there with a bleeding leg for hours because the nurse was too busy to dress it. All the higher ups don t care about the employees or anyone in their care. Very sad place, would never place anyone or anything in this place under that management

I would not send an animal to die at this waste hole . They took terrible care of mother who was just going to rehab there and i could never talk to her on phone or visit ( covid ) My mother died there a healthy woman who lived alone took care of herself and she died there i believe from lack of care . Send your relatives elsewhere unless you plan to bury them . life expectancy is not long when you get there
