I broke my hip and needed to rehab at a short term care facility. I mistakenly took the advice at Upstate to go to Iriquos. little did I know that Lisa and Alicia had abdicated control of the whole floor to a loud, aggressive psychotic who was allowed to go up and down the hall yelling loudly and aggressively into each room sometimes opening closed doors to do so and on one occasion he even entered my room. I complained numerous times to the Administration and they were full of excuses and refused to do anything. If anything they encouraged him.
