I recently took out a loan and received a letter a few days later requesting my ok to lower the interest rate... Yeah lower the rate!
I have been a member since I was born and though I have used other Banks throughout my life this Credit Union is the only one that has remained constant. I will continue to do banking here as I have had zero issues, zero hassle, and excellent service since 1981.
When I returned from Iraq with the 46th MPs in 04' I can still remember all the employees standing outside cheering for us. That is what I think of when I walk through those doors: that this isn't just another bank it is part of our community.
In 36 years of banking the best part remains the free kid treaties! My kids love them as did I when I was little, plus its a reason to behave when mom and dad are running errands.

Have been banking with the credit union for years now. I have had no issues what-so-ever with them. Great staff and very quick responses for applying for loans.

Almost always helpful and kind, with some rare occurrences of shrewdness. They are eager to explain new products and procedures, and are especially helpful with online banking. I would highly recommend.

Best place to do banking. Great service. Nice bill pay. Nice online website. Great service. Plenty of parking. Credit Union ATM card can be used nation wide. Clean lobby. Why bank elsewhere.
