Great Way to travel The Ulysses is a Massive Ship with plenty on Board to pass the Time Cinema etc, the only flaw is the food is a rip off and it's not very good.

Best alternative to a plane! Comfortable, friendly - and an adventure in itself!

On time and everything perfect no complaints at all

Was on time but very few comfortable seats we had to sit in cafe area for over 3 hours. Food was good. Quick to load and unload cars

Good large ship and pleasant staff. I enjoyed the sailing, though the business cabins were dated compared to P&O with no USB.

The WiFi was temptemental on the way there and on the way back there were not enough seats and the WiFi wasn't even working

Always get the early morning ferry when travelling to the U.K. a few lads before me at check in obviously going for a football match, the guy behind the counter new the lads and let them all on for free. It s not fair and it s not right. I ll be using Stena Ferries in the future.

The service and sailing times and prices were all great. It's just so dissapointing that I didn't encounter 1 Irish staff member seeing as this is a national ferry. The staff I dealt with were not the most freindly nor welcoming.

totally great, everything is right. Many sailed with ferries but this was really good. Nice modern boat, good food, good accommodation. In and out went perfectly.

Extremely clean very friendly staff and lovely new ship. We took the car and used club class we have used irish ferries many times and would use again. Tge discount we had from a cancelled ferry (due to restrictions) was credited with no issues.

It's always a pleasure using Irish Ferries to cross from Holyhead to Dublin. We've sailed on several vessels but Ulysses is by far our favourite. It usually sales on time, the crew are helpful and you always get somewhere to relax even in peak season. Cabins are available and plentiful, and are very well kept. There are kennels for pets if you don't want to leave them in a car, and they have always been clean when we've used them. So far, we've not had a bad experience with Irish Ferries.

The MV Ulysees is a great ship for this sort of crossing. It dealt well with the weather and was still smooth even though it was quite windy. The Club Class lounge was a worthwhile upgrade as queues for the other restaurant and bar were very long. Cabins were nice, clean and comfortable and the loading process was efficient (despite the chaos of the roadworks at Dublin Port).

It's true that they have to improve communication between them and costumers and connections to the city are very poor. If the Luas came to the port would be great.

ATTENTION! Turn off your mobile phone otherwise you have to pay a lot of roaming fees when you are on sea.

Always travel to Ireland by ferry and use Irish Ferries. Wonderful staff onboard. Good food places to choose from. A+++++

Noisy and rattly in the cabin (inside cabin) when pushing away from the quay. Crossing was good

Ferry was one of the best ferries seen, staff really friendly. Needs more accommodation on board and pricing of it could be cheaper. Premier lounge was exceptional with great choice.

Even though the ferry was delayed twice due to storms, the company gave the option of a full refund. Recommended this ferry if your looking to travel to Dublin

Its a ferry d it works. EPSILLON IS BASIC THOUGH. would hate to have to go Dublin to France in this ship but ok for short hop.

Never ever travel this ferry with you dog. Mine is traumatize for having to be alone in the car for so long listening to car alarms going off every 5 minutes. They have absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I will never step foot on their ferries again. One star because we didn't sink.

Found it to b punctual this time, only a short delay waiting for baggage at the terminal, all in all not a bad trip this time.

Seating in the fast ferry excellent. Bar was under heavy pressure due to the pizza counter.

Jonathan Swift look verry good and ist verry faster

WB Yeates is a fantastic ferry. Very modern and comfortable. However, service can be slow even when they're not busy. Plenty of entertainment from cinemas, to sky sports, to live children's entertainers.

The staff in club will go out there way to make it a very pleasant interaction

Do not like idea that they make you share your room with stranger's. Forget that idea having a strange bloke share a room with you. Did I get any sleep hell no. No refund or discount for having to share cheeky sods.

In this place we embark the ferry to Wales UK. The ferry service is great. very comfortable rooms, there is a restaurant, cafeteria and souvenir shop

Cancellation of the swift three trips in a row with a deeply unapologetic attitude. Really disappointed after being a loyal customer for a decade

We always cross the Irish Sea overnight, cabins are clean and comfortable.

Compared to Stena, it's much cleaner. It often also flows in bad weather, on the back, when other ferries cancel their cruises. Very tasty food for drivers. No additional fees, desserts like from a real cake shop, from jelly to cake. Breakfasts standard English dinners similarly. They do not wake up as early as on the station.

Great atmosphere great beds and food is ok but is cooked in bulk

Boarding went without any problems. Went to Club class lounge nicely laid out. Then all downhill from there. Service at the lounge counter was very very poor. After departure we were first to order our food. Sat waiting and noticed other table's who ordered after us all received there orders but no sign of our orders. Went to inquire about our orders. Response was oh my work colleague took that order food arrived 40 minutes after order was placed. Poor standard of food cold food swimming in grease and not exactly what was ordered. Very disappointed with the service.

Pleasant coworkers. Changes to the license plate were made in advance without any problems.

Ulysees is a great ship.. love sailing to the UK and loads of amenities on board.. great for all the family

Runs to time with a pleasant smooth crossing even in fairly heavy seas

It's a ferry. Goes from a to b. Food is horrible. Staff on my last sailing were very rude.

Had unfortunate experience of using Irish Ferries for their Dublin - Holyhead crossing in May, during Covid restrictions.

Firstly the high speed Jonathan Swift crossing was cancelled at short notice. The Ulyyses passenger deck was
for both outgoing and return journeys filled with truck drivers who failed to display any social distancing or respect to those of us who were trying.

On top of that numerous truck drivers (recognisable by high vis vests) deemed if acceptable to sleep full length across large numbers of seats and snored loudly throughout the whole journey (both ways) :(

Irish Ferries advertised this route as an enjoyable family passenger service, more akin to a truck stop at sea.
Their customer service is both unhelpful, dismissive and at best patronising.
Won't be using Irish Ferries again, best avoid and use Stenna.

Club class only way free snacks and tea/ coffee good staff

Loved it very dear drinks cheap tho shop very expensive
