I had brought my Son s 2007 Camry Hybrid today to be serviced with 12:30 appointment. I was planning on staying. It wasn t seen till 2:30. At 3:00 the service person said the Rear Brake Pads needed to be replaced because they had only 1mm of padding left. He suggested I leave the car overnight because they were to busy to do them right away. I didn t want to do that and said I would get back to them. The Price was over $550. I felt I would check another place/ Firestone - just a couple miles away.( Danvers ) they checked the Brakes and brought the Pads over to me and said they were dirty but said there was no reason for new Pads. They cleaned them for $45.

I gave him a call about a car I wanted to purchase, as soon as I got to the dealership he claimed not finding the car I was looking for. He was able to see it on his computer just the night before because he told me the price and the mileage and all of sudden he forgot everything when I got there. Apparently he was able to sell the car not the eprice so he definitely made a better commission. That was supposed to be the 2nd car I buy from this dealership within a month but guess what? The first car I got from here is going to be the last. Yelp reviews talk better about this place.
The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us. We found the car for us, a highlander in just 2hours. Mike Parisi was our sales consultant and he made everything so easy. This is our 3rd Toyota and the last 2 cars were purchased at Toyota of Danvers. We love the great service with no hassles. Make sure you ask for Mike Parisi super nice guy and really knows his stuff. We are a busy family with not a lot of time and he made the process both quick and easy.

I went there on January 28,2019 to have them see if they could fix an ac vent in my interior and I was not let down. Service Manger Mitch Dick and Mike Walsh were as helpful and friendly as could be. Realizing that sending my car to the shop for a small interior fix would be expensive, they ended up doing it in the service drop off for me free of charge. This customer service experience left me impressed and grateful that they were willing to do it right there for me so I wouldn't have to pay for such a simple task. It is because of this that I recommend to everyone that they get their Toyota serviced here because I know when Im there, people like Mitch Dick and Mike Walsh are there to give me the best customer experience.

Horrible!!! Greeter had no clue where their cars where parked at. They Do NOT negotiate with you when it comes to the price on the car. Salesman tried to not only sell me the car for way above the book value by $1,775.00. But also way above their own websites price that has been posted, by $475.00. Plus an additional Doc and Application fee of $495.00 on top of all of that. Plus the Sales Tax, and The Registration and other fees a vehicle that costs $5700.00 I was going to come out of there with a bill of like $9000.00 almost double the price. The process took forever. Total RIP OFF!!! Never Again!!!
On December 7th I took my vehicle in for an inspection for the end of my lease and at that time I met a gentleman named Mohamed Sadit. He inspected my vehicle and then we proceeded inside and he explained what my options were. At that time I looked at several cars and decided to lease again as I am happy with Toyota Camrys. I honestly felt like I was sitting down with family just talkin that's how comfortable he made me feel. He is very personable iand kind. He helped me get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. I appreciate all his help and knowledge. I work for a large dialysis company and posted his business card on a bulletin board. So we have employees and I looking for a vehicle hopefully they will come down and see him and Ira Toyota and get a great deal like I did. Thank you again for all your help. I greatly appreciate it. This was my first time having a car that was more than $2k, or going in a dealership, I was very nervous. Aiman Varaquoa made it really easy. He was friendly, open to what I wanted in a car, and genuinely cared that I got the best deal as well as exactly what I wanted without pushing anything on me. Aiman was extremely knowledgable about the different options, and didn t push me into anything unnecessary. Kenny in financing was also helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was scared dealing with a dealership for the first time, but I couldn t imagine having a better experience than I had! Excellent place to do business .. had found out I had recall on leaf springs .. made appt and next day it was done .. I also have vibration coming from somewhere in the driveline they pinpointed exactly where the vibration was coming from all I need to do now is get that fixed .. 2010 tacoma access cab

The lady who checked me in looked up my vehicle info and found a recall which they offered to take care of while I was getting my 35K mile vehicle maintenance. Everyone was very nice, and the place is so clean!
Wish there was 1/2 star or less. Every time I go there is a 3 hour wait time, I have an appointment for an oil change and sticker just to get me by so I could shop for a new car. Why was it so hard? I got the message never to go back there. You couldn't pay me to go back. The turn over is bad never the same people. Stay away!

We bought a jeep from ira pre owned this past week. The vehicle was in mint condition our salesman clint helped us negotiate the right rate and was very helpful and professional and had excellent communication with us during the whole process. also the manager jason helped us out by ordering and buying us summer matts for it that the previous owner didn't leave with the jeep . we picked it up fully cleaned and a full tank of gas to boot .would highly recommend dealing with Clint and jason they were very nice people.

This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I went in on 1/18/14 to purchase a new Tacoma. Alex Jimenez, our salesperson, was honest and transparent from the moment we met and helped us choose the perfect truck. The price was fair and he was even able to find the exact truck we wanted.
When it came for final paperwork Brandon Banich helped us at every step of the way. He took the time to explain every sheet of paper we signed.
These guys even helped us avoid an oncoming snow storm by having the truck ready one day early.

Horrible company, professional liars and manipulators. What happened to honesty and integrity? They sold me a brand new car without floor mats, who sells a brand new car with no floor mats? Both my friends and family members purchased cars there and received floor mats at no request "NO REQUEST", keep that in mind. Meanwhile I got a brand new car with no floor mats. Ernst told me to come back next week for a set, but when I went back they said I needed to pay for them because it wasn't in contract. They knew I was young and it was my first time buying a car (big mistake letting them know that). Anyways beware, make sure everything is in writing.
My experience here was amazing! I started my car search by going to another Toyota dealership in this area but felt like I was more of an annoyance than a customer. I dreaded the process of purchasing a new car like everyone else walking in the building until I started talking with a very nice salesman.

I had a wonderful experience on Monday at Ira while leasing a 2017 Rav 4. The entire transaction from start to finish was absolutely flawless. I emailed with Mike Walker prior to my arrival to inform him of what I was looking for and when I went in to test drive I worked with Aiman Varoqua who was fantastic. He took care of every detail start to finish and made sure I was happy with my purchase. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Aiman took the time to walk me through every control inside the vehicle and ensure that I was setup and ready to go! I highly recommend Ira Toyota. They also have a phenomenal service package with every purchase.

It's very hard for me to rate my service. Bill my service manager was wonderful and I have no complaints with him. The problem I have is that I was told that my radio was blown when in fact it was the speakers. The radio was never the problem.

I ve been coming here since 2016 and absolutely would NEVER bring my car anywhere else. The waiting area is always clean with plenty of seating. They offer a complimentary drink(water/coffee) while you wait for your car to be serviced. All staff members are friendly and they keep you up to date on your car.
it took forever for them to find the truck i wanted. I kept getting the run around. yes we found it, then he would say my boss is on vacation and has not looked for the truck. one excuse after the other. I was really close to buying another vehicle.

I went in for a new inspection sticker and standard 20k maintenance. Everything was fine and checked out according to papers and the friendly staff, but when I went back to the car, I noticed the tire pressure was off for the right rear tire. I told the staff member who had assisted me, and he went to go check the car. When he returned, he told me there was a nail in the front right tire, and I'd need a new tire because of where the nail penetrated. I asked where the car was, and if I could go to it, but he told me it was already in the shop. I paid the $200 for one tire. Two-stars because this should've been identified during the inspection and maintenance, and not afterwards - which raises questions. I'm disappointed and find the process should've been more thorough; thus, lacking in integrity & trust.

Great service Had a 9:00 am appointment for 25000 mile service. Took my car right away and the service was done correctly and didn't have to wate long. Waiting room is big has nice tvs and refreshments as well as computers to use and free wifi. Makes waiting for the service to be done much more pleasant

I have bought my last 4 personal vehicles and ALL of our company trucks at Ira. Our last experience with Dave Galopim was great! Steve Pease was also great and they both made it a smooth process.
The sales experience was, but the call center needs to be improved. The wait time for an attendant to pickup the phone exceeded two minutes and then I was transferred to the incorrect dealership twice on two separate occasions.

If you know what you want and what you're willing to pay this is a great dealership. I was in the market for a new 4Runner. I knew the package I wanted and what options I wanted. I call every dealership within 200 miles. IRA Danvers beat the best price by $200.
