I walked into IRA Toyota s service center after finding service light come on in my car. I wasn t sure if I needed an appointment but was quickly approached by Scott who helped me efficiently and with great service and great positive attitude. Right away I knew that he was aware about not only what he was talking about but also knew that the customer service would be excellent. Going to get service done on your car is never an easy process to sit through but IRA was so effiecent and nice which made the process painless and easy. Thank you IRA TOYOTA Danvers !!!:)
