Great customer service; had a great buying experience. Akeem Robertson was very attentive and helped me every step of the way. He did NOT force me into buying a car I didn t want; very kind, patient and informative. Will definitely return when the time comes to trade my car and hope i can do business with him again. I d recommend anyone to go to Ira Toyota of Danvers :) P.S this was my first car and I had zero issues.
