Straight up thieves, their network is down 80% of the time and they never compensate you so in essence your paying your whole months subscription for about 6 days uptime per month. They will schedule their maintenances on Friday or Saturday night and keep it down till Monday, if you try and contact support they will just blow you off. Also they claim they are offering fibre ,this is misleading as the network is wireless the only fibre connection is from the closest wireless gateway to your house, latency while gaming is over 1200ms!!!!!! Streaming ? Forget it they are net nannying everything, and downloads .... Well you need predictable uptime to download anything worthwhile which they don't offer.
Great service I have to say....pleasant & polite. Do not usually have to go there as online systems works too but since experience is a breeze & on way i typically do not mind.
I manage a clients connection with these guys. On their fibre network, Speeds ok. Fibre cuts every now and then. When it's online, you get value but pray you never have a serious issue. The quality of personnel at support is questionable as they can show very limited knowledge of the issue is not one of the regular simple problem.

I have paid for internet subscription came in as a new subscriber and their customer service is very bad, not been connected after almost two months,and they are not bothered about it
Used to believe they were the best, now I think they are just the best of the WORST, customer support is down, internet service is choppy, 1 day it works well the next half my online services aren't working. Tried calling customer support but the phone just rings and rings till I have to go buy more credits, apparently paying 27000 naira a month doesn't warrant a good service from them. Time to move on to the next best thing.
Very good internet coverage in Victoria Island, Lagos except for few downtimes, but I was always compensated for lost days and their WhatsApp customer service is top notch

Victoria Island service office of ipNX, a top ISP in Nigeria. They provide Fibre Optic and wireless connections. They also are pioneering charging by bandwidth as opposed to charging by quantity. Pretty decent service, I use them.

Technicians said the feeder cable is bad and needs to be changed. Have called customers care line several times every day for the past 4 days and still counting they keep promising either someone will get back to us or someone will come fix it.
As I type no one has called us back nor come fix it.

Horrible customer service. IPNX is a big scam. I haven't had internet for 3 back to back weekends and the whole of last week. Been calling almost every day and all customer service seem to say is we are sorry, or we will call you back. They will tell me that their policy says they will reimburse data if they cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours. On their end, they will close their ticket within the 48 hour window but on my end, the internet is still not working! I was told when I called yesterday that I had been credited with 6 days worth of data and that my account was active, they had apparently sent an email which was never received. I called back immediately to tell them my internet was still not working. As at today,I called back and still no internet! Meanwhile, they will dock the two days internet from their end! SCAM! How many days does it take to call an engineer?! And in this day and age of consumerism, why should a customer have to chase?
I don't advice anyone to use them at all.
since I started with them, I have network issues, suddenly no network for like an hour or 2 and all what they can say, sorry there was a general issue.
their support is terrible. if they answer after calling 100 times, nobody can give you an answer on anything, they are just a programmed robot with few words( we will get back to you sir, our technical team is informed ).
the way how they talk with clients is disrespectful.
as I am writing this review, I dont have internet since 2 hours, I tried to call all their support lines and some people who work there and nobody picked. tried also their WhatsApp number and no response as of now. and I will enjoy my night now without network from this anyhow company.
