In the Cloverplace development in Palm Harbor FL apparently when rinsing their work they are unaware of the route in which water travels. We know have 1/2inch thick of dust/water runoff on a property in which they were not working. Which would be fine except they have no intention of cleaning that area as well. It is left to pile up and pile up day after day in the yard our child plays in. Cleanliness is obviously not their specialty.

Unfortunately we have a lot of those undelivered promises from EarthTech and David Hennessee that we were promised If they broke it, they will fix it . See how easily we were all taken in by their promises.

First of all Lauren came out about 10-15 minutes late the day she was to go over the proposal with us, i understand things happen but professionally you should leave extra early (better to be early than late). She did call 5 minutes before she was suppose to arrive letting me know that she was going to be late. I should have not dealt with them then but we are all human and I gave them a chance. I signed the proppsal on 8/20/2018 and haven't heard back from her as she stated she would keep me in the loop, I've called her and even left a v/m also called the office plenty of times. They have taken my phone number to give to her and just this morning someone asked for my number to give to someone so that they can contact me. If I've been calling for the last two weeks frustrated, I would have thought someone would have called me that is if they are professional and cared about people. I needed to know what was going on because I'm about to start working and needed to know when and how to proceed with having someone here but I will take my busineas elsewhere.

I called for a second opinion and explanation of processes involved with evaluating a home for sinkhole. Ginger was so thorough and took her time to answer my lamen questions. Our interaction helped me stay on task and deal with the necessary steps rather than shooting blanks. Great customer service! So Thankful!

I have dealt with Earthtech on a professional level for around seven years. They have responded in a timely matter when asked for information or pricing. Earthtech has performed and completed contracts in a professional manner on several of our projects. I recommend Earthtech for soil stabilization and foundation needs.

Extremely rude. The construction workers in a residential neighborhood woke me up every single day at 6:45am while they were working. Some days they would knock on my door asking me whose car was in their way in the street. I told Jeff, a manager at the site, I do not know my neighbors and do not have to wake up until 8:30, so please do not knock on my door. I understand they have to work, but when asked politely to please be a little more courteous, they got louder. I heard them outside my bedroom window making fun of my voice, yelling about Negan from the walking dead, and talking about their girlfriends and other inappropriate stuff. When I spoke to someone at the office, they were rude and told me no one but David Hennessy could help me. Well, David has yet to answer his phone. I feel like he listened to my first voicemail and is ignoring me. I know how customer service works, and I would never treat people like this at my job, so there is no reason they should treat myself and our neighbors like this.

My experience working with Earth Tech, LLC & Dan Coxe over the last 10 plus years has been excellent. They have done an amazing job every single time! They are responsive, quality oriented and very professional in every aspect of their business.

STAY AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY. Their employees are fantastic, hardworking, and knowledgable. The corporate offices and administration is rude, condescending and impossible to deal with. They will fail to meet the terms of the contract and not finish the stipulated items, they will refuse to so much as even have a meeting, and then they will try to take your home. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS AND AGGRAVATION OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. It is unfortunate, as their employees were for the most part fantastic. Unfortunately, they do not have the authority to get things done, and corporate is a bunch of crooks. They will try to browbeat you with their slew of lawyers instead of just finishing the job. All they were asked to do was what they specifically included in the contract. Did not happen. The nightmare goes on. Damages to property and landscaping that we we repeatedly promised would be taken care of are still not fixed.

I wish they never been there. They did not even bother to cover all holes they drilled. Their restoration was lowest quality and ridiculous. They left a disaster: cracked sidewalk, messed up driveway, multiple broken and stained with grout walking stones, walls, even windows and mailbox.
Note for John: no sir, I'll not call you. I'm tired of asking.

Update: 10/08/2020 They started to work on restoration of my yard.
Update: 12/09/2020 Restoration is still a joke. No more updates - waist of time.

Stay away. The workers are currently working in my complex and I've HATED every minute of it. They're rude, racist, loud, destructive, and hardly professional. They've completely ruined my yard and my neighbors yard without even so much as putting the trees back in the ground. They urinate in the grass. It's so gross you can literally smell it when you walk outside. I work from home and has since this nightmare started changed my shift to work nights, because of the noise of equipment and banging against my windows(no exaggerating). Since they've started this nightmare I feel as though they are prolonging the job. There hasn't been parking in my complex for over two months now because of them. One of the drivers almost hit my neighbors car yesterday because he was driving crazy, because he was pissed about where they parked. I decided to look up this company and see what they do because I honestly couldn't believe my complex hired these people. All of them look shady and up to no good. I'll be so glad when this horrible nightmare is over and I never see or hear these guys again.. Do yourself a favor and get with a more professional company with a professional team that wont, mess up your landscape, prolong the job, bang on your children windows at 7am, attempt to hit your neighbors car out of anger, and take away parking. My whole complex is frustrated over this nonsense. I'm just a tenant... So, just imagine if I were the person who hired them and had to do business with them. I can only imagine it would be hell on earth... STAY AWAY.. CALL CITY OF TAMPA OR SOMETHING..
