I thought if you're a season ticket holder you're guaranteed a promotional gift. Some new guy at your little desk there said I had to be at VIP? So from here on out I will not be renewing my tickets next year and my daughters tickets and my friends tickets I need never had this problem before what's up with that Kyle?
I was part of a group that sang the national anthem at a home game. After we got done singing, we were informed that we had to each buy a ticket to count for getting into the stadium. Not happy with the experience after we drove all the way to sing for their game, only for us to have to pay them.
I would give the organization zero stars, but Google doesn't allow it.
I was a season ticket holder in 18-19 and purchased my seats behind the visitors bench due to following a few different teams that their farms teams played in Iowa.
Due to the fact I wasn't a fan of Iowa/Minnesota, I was treated poorly not only by the infamous 102 'fans' but the organization itself. I tried talking to staff members of the team and even contacted the office of the Minnesota Wild to express my concerns, but it fell on ignoring ears.
Every game my friends & I were harassed, ridiculed, cursed at, and times was even the receiving end of vulgar slurs and threats of physical violence.
I've have attended two games in the current 19-20 season, and even though I'm not supporting any of the teams I would cheer for, the negative vibes are still present.
Great venue! Always have a good time at these games with my family. My young daughter and son love going to see the Wild!
There is something about a hockey fan that makes these games so much fun. A lot of fan interaction during downtime too. And if you can get seats on the glass, it's worth it. The experience is indescribable.

Most of the time when I call everyone is nice but not today! I tried to explain the flyer that is from the Iowa Wild and the lady I talked to wouldn't even listen to what I was reading to her and just pretty much told me she couldn't help me. She didn't even try to find out about it. Most of the time very nice but who I talked to today was not!!!!
Never been a hockey fan but these flex ticket packs are a great deal! I have to say Adam Postlione is a great asset to the team for marketing!
Love the Hockey, staff is friendly but not all that knowledgeable, concession lines need to be roped off so as not to extend all the way across the concourse.

My son had his Birthday party here last weekend. We requested the Birthday suit, which was already taken so they gave us an upgrade. Out upgrade was AMAZING. Ice Suite Red!! We were supposed to have hot dogs and other food; however, it slipped through the cracks and it didn't get set up before out arrival. They made sure to make it up to us though and we honestly have no complaints at all. They were amazing to work with! Well I guess our waitress could have been a little faster, but in the end it was all great and They were amazing to work with!
Love this team! Always a fun time at the games. Their mascot, Crash, is super friendly and always around. He's my favorite part of the whole experience
We had a great time at the Iowa Wild kids Day but the picking up for all of the schools was a complete nightmare. We had schools including ours waiting out in 30 degree weather for an hour waiting for our bus. They should have kept all of these children in the arena until buses were here. Completely and totally unorganized. Other than that, the game was so fun and entertaining for the kids!
