Just move to Northlake and was looking for a place to eat nearby on Valentine's day. Walked in with no reservation and was given a reasonable wait time (especially for a holiday) and ended up being seated almost immediately. The service was fantastic from the hosts to our waiter, and food was absolutely delicious! Inzo has set the bar for Italian dining.

All the meals except the veal Marsala were really good. Unfortunately two of our party ordered the Veal Marsala. Veal was nice and tender however we think they must have forgotten to add Marsala to the dish as it was very bland and lacked flavor. Service was good and the chicken and parmigiana were excellent. 4 stars because of service and remaining meals made up for the Marsala.

After a lacklustre reception at FnG Eats in Keller... This was a welcomed redemption. The staff was friendly and warm. The atmosphere was socially distant and open air. THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL. Authentic Italian at a great price. I ordered the Rotolo Bolzano and my Mother ordered the Chicken Fioentino. Both were excellent choices and had rich flavors. We also had the calamari which was cooked nicely and not chewy. Since our move from Illinois to Texas, we had been hard pressed to find great Italian... And because of this experience, we will return. Blessings

We went Sunday afternoon arriving around 12:30. There were only four other tables seated at the time with one waitress (Tarren), and another fellow assisting her. Slowly the restaurant filled, yet Tarren, her helper, and the kitchen staff kept up beautifully. On top of the exceptional service, the food was very good. I highly recommend this place for good Italian food and Italian sodas.

A very delicious Italian dinner! Having lived in Italy for 4 years, I do not often say that about American-Italian restaurants. And usually if one item you have ordered is good, the rest are just okay.
However, at Inzo Italian Kitchen, I had a much better experience!
The meatballs were flavorful, the chicken picatta had a sublime lemon-caper sauce and the scampi sauce had a lovely piquancy, my mother couldn't get enough of. Everyone was very pleased with their meal.
Our food came out hot and quickly, which made it taste fresh and just prepared, as it was.
(Not as if it had been sitting in a warmer, waiting to be ordered.)
The menu had a nice selection of items from pastas to salad, pizza and meat dishes, even a gluten-free pasta dish.
The service was attentive but not overly so and the price point was good.
All of it, worth the short drive up to Roanoke!

Too expensive for pizza delivery and it was not very tasty. The spinach salad was not fresh, our pizza sauce on our pizzas had too much water in them. Very disappointed that 2 medium pizzas and 1 salad cost us $43. I read that this was one of the best places and since we are new to the area we wanted to check it out.

COLD FOOD DELIVERED!! Ordered some food over phone for delivery 3.0 miles away. Food showed up 90 minutes later, 30 minutes late from estimated arrival. One pizza looked like it was dropped and puzzled back together. Shall never order from here again.

My first time ordering, here, won t make that mistake again. Ordered lasagna Togo and cheese bread. Lasagna had no flavor tasted more like glue covered in ketchup, bread sticks were hard, waste of $40.

So as far as Italian cuisine goes this place missed the mark. It maybe unfair to compare this cuisine with Italian cuisine from Italy but that is the basis of my review since I lived there for over 8 years. My pasta sauce was so runny, I had to take another look at the menu to make sure I didn't order a soup. Just an honest review.

Bad food and bad service, both overpriced! My food tasted like nothing but oil and our appetizers were bland. Waited forever for water and drinks And had to flag down waitress to finally get them. Just save your money and go to one of the other fine restaurants in Roanoke.

My wife and eat at this restaurant every Friday. The calamari is the best we've had anywhere. My wife has the Norwegian Salmon Salad and I have one of the pasta dishes. I recommend the Pasta and Pesci or Penne Chicken Pesto. The staff is friendly and professional. We always feel welcome.

Service has deteriorated beyond belief. Was much better under the BRIX pizzeria management. Prices are increasing as well. Food quality is not worth the cost. Sad to see a good pizzeria go down hill.

Fantastic atmosphere - patio opens from time to time, food is great, and the staff is so personable, friendly, and fun! This is a Roanoke "go-to" for a night out - definitely a win for a night out with friends. Highly recommend. The menu has a variety of options - my dish was the build your own pasta - another win!

A family run Italian place in downtown Roanoke, Inzo's offers plenty of favorites done very well. They'll start you off with some warm and soft bread, plus butter and dipping oils to whet the appetite. Their menu is quite large, and plenty of salads, appetizers, and mains are accounted for. We had the chicken parmigiana, blackened chicken alfredo, and lasagna ; of the 3, only the lasagna disappointed, as it tasted (and appeared):as if it had been prepared long before the order and reheated. The other two were delicious, with the Parm being a standout - pounded flat, crispy breading, mozzarella and marinara sauce, side of spaghetti and tomato sauce. I love that Inzo's does not drown their mains in sauce, as it is there to complement the dish, not overwhelm it. Cozy dining space, which almost made us reconsider eating indoors - it was full, and distancing was barely evident. Sidenote - there's a fun, free photo booth near the host station for a nice souvenir of your visit to Inzo's. It's definitely worth a visit - just come hungry!

Excellent food in an intimate family friendly setting. The staff and owner are warm and welcoming. Great patio overlooking green space. Highly recommend for a date night or just a casual lunch as you stroll old town Roanoke.

The brick oven pizza is great food! I frequent this establishment frequently and have never been disappointed. I have varied menu item and have not found anything that has left me wanting. I hear the evening crowd is quite thick so therefore I would assume the fare is the same as lunch.

I love Roanoke simply because the food. Inzo is the only place I will get Italian. I don't mind waiting because the food is always high quality. I will say they are a tad bit understaffed at times but they move quickly and with smiles. They have staff with personality which is awesome. I've never drank here but they seem to have a very wide selection of wine and other spirits.

Bf & I had a date night here; it's quite a bit farther than the usual places we dine in the Dallas area but it was definitely worth the drive! Inzo is located in a charming (and newly developed?) downtown area; you can't miss the restaurant, they have string light bulbs strung across the outdoor patio to give it an inviting feeling. There was no wait as we were seated inside, the table cloth is a bit cheesy but whatever, wasn't a big deal. I had a deliciously refreshing glass of Riesling while we enjoyed the prosciutto & mozzarella appetizer. I went ahead and order the shrimp scampi which was AWESOME! It wasn't ridiculously buttery but the noodles were cooked just right and a few large shrimp tails topped the dish, it was garlicy (just as I like it) and had a wonderful acidic lemon flavor to it, as well. YUM! Bf had some sort of pizza which he loved, he's not a big fan of Italian food and less of a fan for tomato sauce so it was awesome to see some sauce-less pizzas on the menu. His pizza was also great, I finished it off the next day, haha. To end our meal, we split a slice of tiramisu. Service was wonderful and I know we'll be back for more, I just wish we lived closer so I could invite my friends & family for dinner!

So pleased to have discovered a great delivery restaurant out here!! Scampi appetizer is best I've had!! Pizza is spectacular! Panini fantastic!! We have only ordered twice but twice in 3 days and food has been over the top excellent!! This evening the delivery time was quoted as being an hour and a half and we were fine with that - it's that good. They delivered within an hour....hot and delicious. We are absolutely sold on Inzo's!!

I went in to order a pizza to go, and was treated with water and breadsticks. The service was amazing, and the food is spectacular. I highly recommend this pizza kitchen to any lover of fine pizza.

Looking for good pizza we ended up in this place. On a Friday evening, the place was completely empty, very few staff was around and it didn't take long to sense business was not good. The pizza was OK if you have low standards and don't mind the higher cost.

We were confused because the place does not seem to be that upscale, but the prices where high for the service, decor, quality of food and overall ambiance.

As you can tell from the owner's answer, this is not a serious place. Bragging about making people wait 30 minutes to eat is a shame if true, pathetic if not.

Inzo Italian Kitchen is absolutely delicious. Our server said 95% of the menu is made fresh daily and in house, the only exception is the pasta and it definitely shows! We got the supreme pizza and everything on it was fresh and made perfectly. The pizza had just the right amount of ingredients and was not greasy/oily at all.

Also there is a fun free photo booth inside as well!

Highly recommend if you are in town. All of downtown Roanoke is beautiful and fun to walk around.

DELICIOUS!! The bread is heavenly and it was a relaxing place that allowed for great conversation. I ll be asking for Massimo next time! He was such a fun waiter and was the cherry on top to an enjoyable meal by his friendliness and humor.
You must order the tiramisu.... and wine, of course.
