Great product and so happy we moved forward with Invisible Fence. The employee that installed was so knowledgeable and thorough. My dog Milo couldn t be happier.
Invisible Fence has been great to work with. Convenient location. Helpful people in store. Installation was fast tracked which was greatly appreciated. The fence has been the best thing for us and the dog. Took the dog 1.5 weeks to be fully trained on the fence. We leave her outside during the day while we are at work. It's a life saver!
I ve had a recent wonderful experience with Invisible Fence and am so glad I went with them. Everyone that has come to property has always been kind, detailed and efficient. I m the type of person that asks a lot of questions and the technicians have always answered each question with confidence and kindness. Thanks Invisible Fence in Rochester!
WORST customer service ever. No one works in the local office anymore and it took hours on the phone to schedule a repair. They said the earliest they could get out was in 4 MONTHS!!! My neighbor got an estimate for a new fence in 3 days. So, if you want a new invisible fence system, they can get right out, but once you need it repaired, your screwed. 877 Dog yard is coming to fix it next week.
I had invisible fence put in for our dog several years ago. I am having an issue and drove out there since you can t get anyone on the phone without waiting forever. Much to my surprise you re not allowed in the store; you re to call. Since that wasn t working I was unsure how to get my issue resolved. I found another local company that was willing and able to help that day. They re office is in Greece NY and could not have been more helpful. If I could give negative stars I would. It s very disappointing not to receive service on a product that you spend that much on.
I have used Invisible Fence for 30 years. I recently received information regarding changes in service that included contact information.
I had questions about the status of my battery plan in light of the changes. I called the phone number provided and listened to "elevator music" for nearly 10 minutes. I know I should have given up sooner but I was hopeful that someone would answer. I next sent an e-mail. It probably shouldn't have been surprising when there was no response.
I'm not sure what has happened to this company.

***In fairness I did finally receive an e-mail reply from Invisible Fence in response to my e-mail sent on 03/23/2021. The reply arrived today, 03/26/2021. It apologized for taking so long to reply but it's their busy season.
While I appreciate finally receiving a reply I'm concerned about receiving quality service going forward if it takes almost 3 days to make contact. Please understand that for 30 years I received quality service from Invisible Fence and was very pleased with the service I received. However since the recent changes to the company I have many concerns regarding service.
My dog is very precious to me and I'm sure it's a feeling I share with other pet owners. I do my very best to assure she's healthy and safe. I have relied on Invisible Fence to help me keep her safe. Based on my recent experiences with Invisible Fence I have concerns.

they were mailing us replacement batteries for our fencing system. Our dog passed away & we called and asked them to cancel our account & discontinue sending us batteries and they agreed. 6 months later and they are STILL sending us batteries for the collar that we don't have anymore, and every time we receive one it reminds us that we don't have our pet anymore. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Wait on hold 30 minutes...repeatedly...and there is NO answer. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. They keep charging us for-and sending the product- that we asked them to discontinue.
Mark, from Invisible Fence, came to my home to check the fence to ensure it was in proper working order. We sadly lost our dog last year, so we re looking to get another dog and knew it was important the fence was in proper working order. When Mark arrived at our home, he was exceptionally courteous, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and due to his exceptional work, I was confident regarding his recommendations.
I have to say just how outstanding invisible fence is! They have been very accommodating with my little pup Leo and the technicians were very professional, organized, and were able to bond with my pup very well which is a big deal for me. I also enjoyed the quality of customer service I received and I'm glad I went with this company over the others you can't get this quality and professionalism from many other places. I highly recommend anyone who could benefit from this system to move forward with this company!
