Inver Grove Toyota Review

My car was serviced in November 2017, some routine and some needed to have done. I purchased my 2001 Camry from Wilkins Toyota which is now Inver Grove Toyota. I have always brought my car to this location for service and have never been disappointed.
Mike Ivey has helped me on more than one visit over the years. I'm always so pleased to be able to work with him. His knowledge is outstanding and never have I felt pressured that the car "needed" work done that was not necessary. Thanks Mike.

My fan is making a noise right now since my visit and it s starting a little harder in the morning.

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Inver Grove Toyota. Shane, the technical advisor, was very courteous and professional. It has always been a positive experience to have my car serviced at Inver Grove Toyota.

They charge me $62 to replace the marker light bulbs , I called Maplewood Toyota to ask about the price they said $30 only , I went back to Inver Grove Toyota to let them know but the manager Scott told me this is our price $62 if you don't like our price do not come back here

I had a wonderful experience with my mom, thanks to Tyler! Being a college student, I knew I had to find one that will last me till the end of college and Tyler was able to help me make a final decision!

Dropped in with a leaky tire problem. Turned out to be the rim but they fixed it without charge and even washed my car.

Had an alignment done and they did a great job. Same day appointment, fast, reasonable pricing great place to go.

I brought our Camry in for tire rotation. Everything was done correctly and within the estimated time (1 hour). The complementary car wash was a bonus.

My wife and I have been customers of Inver Grove Toyota for 11 years and are very satisfied customers.

Dameon exceeded my expectations- He was personable, helpful and ultimately I ended up with a car I love! He took the time to help me connect my phone to the Bluetooth and set-up my favorite radio stations!

Casey was my salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and continues to ask how he can help.. I worked with Larry in finance and he was incredibly thorough and helpful, he really cared about finding the best situation for me.

Patrick Albien made the process of buying a new car both pleasurable and stress-free. His automotive knowledge helped me decide on the best vehicle for me and made it a totally rewarding experience.

Just bought a new truck from Inver Grove Toyota and had a good experience. Perry the sales guy was nice and is a hoot! The finance guy Josh was excellent and answered all of the detailed questions I had.

There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle on delivery and they went out of their way to make it right! I d like to especially thank the sales manager Greg for quickly addressing the issue and resolving it to my 100% satisfaction. Anyone can give good service when everything is perfect. What sets the best companies apart, is how they handle problems. This dealership is clearly at the very top of their customer service game!

Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to refer a friend or purchase another vehicle from these folks. Overall it was the easiest car buying experience I ve had.

Service was estimated to take 45 minutes, but actually took 90. The service writer was very apologetic for the delay, and offered me a free oil change on my next visit as compensation. Excellent customer service!

This will NOT be a good review. I am so disappointed with IGH Toyota! Their customer service has gone downhill for us and it s really disappointing. We are in the last 3 months of a 3 year lease of a Highlander. Now is the time we are getting bombarded with calls and letters from IGH Toyota and other lease companies hoping we will lease another new Toyota. After heading into the store last Friday night and speaking with salesman Ruben and manager Carrie, for a quick look at some new Highlanders, we made an appointment for the next day to come in for a meeting to talk about options. Sidenote: my husband mentioned to Carrie that the running board we bought for $800 from Toyota was loose. Carrie said take it on in to the service shop and if there s any problems, have them talk to me. We thought that she meant this was no charge since it s pretty new and we feel the running board shouldn t be breaking. So we left there happy on Friday. Saturday meeting: they had put together a lease offer much above the price we re accustomed to on this lease so we said we d probably be buying the car out in May. OMG! Things changed right there! Ruben even showed us what they could finance it for but then said, check with Affinity Credit they might have better rates ! Kind of like, we re done with ya! We were appalled that he didn t even care about financing it at Toyota and all people have been very rude to us since! Yesterday, Monday, was our appointment for the running board to get tightened. They wanted to charge us! My husband said to talk to Carrie which she mentioned to say. Long story short, no one came back to my husband for over an hour. It was a mess. So he just left and said forget it. I left 2 messages for Sara - not even a courtesy call back to me! Come on Toyota, do you NOT stand by your products!! We are just livid that the people working at Toyota just treated us like a piece of dirt on the floor the minute we said we were going to buy our vehicle outright in May. I will NEVER NEVER go back to this place and have no respect whatsoever for their customer service. Ruben, Carrie and Sara - thanks a lot for making this simple ordeal a big deal! The principle of this matter is .I don t feel a need to pay for a product that has not worked and feel like no effort was made to help us. And would really appreciate some respect to return phone calls. I work at a law firm and we ALWAYS return calls - no matter what! Very bad business ethic going on there.

Dealer was informative and accommodating to a first time buyer. Everyone was very friendly, and nobody was annoying and tried to hard sell any add-ons and such, which I really appreciated.

I had a good experience with Inver Grove Toyota, Jim and the dealership were nice to work with, and they gave me a fair deal.

I was looking for a car for the last 6 months. But it was not easy to find a right car. I have met a lot of different car sellers and no body really help me to find a right car until I met Dean Rothenbacher. He greeted me with a smile in Inver Grove Toyota and the experience from the beginning was so pleasant and I could say from the beginning he was on my side to help me to finally buy a car with the great condition and with the price which I will like. You know there are such car sellers which will not even negotiate the price. But Dean was so much fun to negotiate the price and he from the beginning gave me a right to write the offer for the car. I really liked that way. And his negotiation skills with everything. In overall I just want to say he is just awesome and fun person to be around and make a deal with. I just knew from such person like him I would like to buy a car and make a deal. I loved his care and his customer service from the beginning till end. I have been driving my new used honda accord for the last 2 weeks and very happy with the purchase and the whole experience with Inver Grove thanks to Dean.

had a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. I was at a discount tire store and called the Toyota dealership to see if they could get me in. (It was later in the day) They got me in, a new tire (at a discount) and on the road in 30 minutes! Amazing. All the people there are so friendly and helpful.

I went in for a transmission issues. Spoke with Service advisor Mike. He wasn't very nice and didn't want to fix my issues that I clearly had. I have brought it 2 other shops prior and they all noticed the issue. Apparently they can't find the issue. They didn't want to work on my car. Only good thing out of it is that they didn't charge me for a rent for that day. Not impressed.

I had a great experience at inver grove toyota. I went in to get my van serviced and ended up trading it in for a sedan. It was spur of the moment but I am glad I made the choice I did. I worked with Adam Hoffman and he made the experience pain free! He was very accommodating and found exactly what I needed. My husband and I went to look for our new car, we worked with a sales person named Donna Bohn. I don't think we have ever had such a good experience when buying cars. She was so friendly and made us not feel pressured or anything. We have passed her name off to everyone we know that says they are wanting a new car.

If you are looking for a great salesperson Darin Wald is your man! He sold us our last two family cars and we are 100% pleased with the car and his service! He is not a "pushy" salesperson at all. Darin listens to what you are looking for and what your price range is and then he works with you on that.

I had an exceptional experience with Chuck Paciorek Saturday purchasing a new Toyota Avalon. I've never had a Toyota before but based on Chucks, and the rest of the staffs positive words about the vehicle and the organization I am looking forward to what I'm sure will be a wonderful association/ experience with Toyota and my new vehicle.
Chuck was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and exceeding adept at explaining the ins and outs of operating the Avalon. I am extremely satisfied with how the purchasing process went as Chuck made it seamless moving from the purchase decision thru the other phases to driving my new Avalon off the lot. The process was enhanced because of Chucks pleasing personality and a true desire to get us exactly what we wanted in our new car. He also took the time to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were resolved. Chuck,Linda and I sat in the vehicle and he went thru all the bells and whistles until we were comfortable and knowledgeable with the operation of all the many systems and accessories. Order the truck you want, but you pay the price they want.

bought 2018 rav4 last year. seldom used due to travels.battery went out had to be replaced. said it would be 45min- 3 hours later finally hunted down service advisor who found car. salesman bought car from had promised second set of keys would be sent =they could not contact him so no keys. found waiting area, bathrooms. food area to be dirty, crowded, and run down.

I was greeted promptly and explained the services that were due and the time frame for completion. They completed the service ahead of the time promised and checking out was a breeze. I highly recommend Inver Grove Toyota from purchase, financing, through to service. I am on my 3rd car through them and am 100% satisfied.

A light came on my dashboard indicating low tire pressure. I drove to Service and they discovered a nail in the tire. They repaired the tire in record time! And yes, I paid for the repair. Thanks for great service

My Rav4 was in for service on 4/28/20. Justin Flynn helped me from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and I have been a long time customer at Inver Grove Toyota for over 15 years and have been treated very well for all of those years.

I purchased my vehicle there 5 years ago. I have to say that their Logistics in terms of scheduling and communicating I really excellent. Pricing and estimates seem to be fair for dealership.

Consistently great service at this dealership, attentive, competent staff and comfortable lounge area with TVs and PC desk areas so you can be productive if you need to wait on site for routine services.

know your rights, have repairs estimated and costs on paper. you're there, have them show you, you have the right. they refuse go elsewhere. why, because you wait in their waiting room with other customers, and i cringe so hard when 'Service Salespeople' come and upsell them like crazy.

My Prius was at the collision shop for body repairs, and the shop brought my car back to Inver Grove Toyota for a final check. While it was there, they noticed that it was due for scheduled maintenance and did it then, saving me another car appointment!

I recently bought a 2008 Nissan Altima from Chuck Paciorek at Inver Grove Toyota. It was a great experience and Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I found a problem with the car, broken engine mount, and even though I bought the car as is, they are repairing it for free, plus they gave me a free rental! Awesome.

We bought our daughter her Corolla from Lindsay and she did a great job assessing our needs and finding a great vehicle at a great price! We service our other cars there and they are TOP NOTCH! I have price shopped various services at other Toyota dealers and Inver Grove is by far the most competitive. We keep coming back because of great service, great pricing, and great staff!

It's always great to work with Jill and Deann. They listen, share insights as to potential issues and are always friendly. My vehicle was taken care of quickly and I was on my way.

Poor car buying experience. Told us the used car had 2 months warranty left. It has 2 weeks after we took to ford dealer an they told us warranty had expired. This wouldn't have been an issue but the front end was making noise an needs work. They only gave us one key, and another is going to cost $320 to get. They said nothing about this when we bought it, it was after it was delivered that we figured this out. Also, when we went register an pay taxes on care, the check they wrote the DMV was wrong so they wouldn't accept the check so we had to pay with CC. They have yet to re-issue check to us.......if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't do it. Still in the process of fixing everything.

I bought my third Rav4 today from Darin Wald. In three years, I'll buy another Rav4 from Darin! We love IGH Toyota and Darin is our person. My husband has bought two truck from IGH (and Darin) and two of our daughters have also bought vehicles there. Darin spent a lot of time with me today setting up my Apps, GPS and explaining all the new gadgets on my new vehicle. Like I mentioned, this is my third Rav4 but this is my FAVORITE one. I called Darin and told him what I wanted...three days later I was driving it. Thanks Darin. See you in three years when I trade in my Rav for another! Oh what a feeling.... (LOL)

I go there for service as they have far more openings on their shop schedule than my usual spot in Maplewood.
